I groaned as someone shook me,

"Ayame, geez, do you always sleep in this late?" I grunted, great, they sent Sakura to wake me up. I heard a door open and I hoped that Sakura was leaving; instead, I heard a deep voice,

"Hurry up. Kakashi sensei said we have to leave soon." My eyes shot open, that was Sasuke's voice. Before I could look at him I heard the door close, I groaned and sat up. I saw Sakura staring at my stomach, I raised an eyebrow, I looked down and realised that my shirt had scrunched up while I was sleeping and it was now showing my scare. I gasped and pulled it down, Sakura looked at me worried,

"Are you sure your ok to fight? I mean that looks like a serious wound." I shook my head,

"It's ok, it's all healed now, it's just a scar." She nodded and stood up,

"Alright, Kakashi sensei said that we're guarding Tazuna today." I nodded,

"Alright, I'll be right out." Sakura smiled at me and walked out of my room, I smiled slightly; Sakura can be nice when she's not fawning over Sasuke or yelling at Naruto. I stood up and started to go through my morning ritual.

I bounded down the stairs 3 steps at a time,

"Gomenasai!" I apologised, "I couldn't find my swords." Kakashi sighed,

"Alright, let's go."

"What about you little blonde friend?" Tsunami asked,

"He used a lot of chakra yesterday; I doubt he'll be able to move at all today." Tsunami nodded and we all left.

"What is this?!" Tazuna yelled as we approached the bridge, my hand flew to my masked mouth. I whimpered, all across the bridge lay either dead or unconscious workers. Mist started to form,

"Sasuke! Sakura! Ayame! Get ready!" Kakashi ordered,

"Damn it!" I yelled and did some hand signs, "Water style, Mist vanish jutsu." I whispered, I heard someone gasp from behind me. A cruel laugh echoed around me,

"So you use mist techniques too. Unfortunately your jutsu is nothing compared to mine." I gritted my teeth,

"Ayame!" I heard Kakashi shout, Zabuza laughed again as ten more of him surrounded us,

"What?!" I yelled, one of the Zabuza's laughed,

"Sorry to keep you waiting Kakashi. I see you've still got those brats hanging around as always. Look at that one. He's still shaking. Pitiful." I looked behind me and saw Sasuke shaking, to my surprised he smirked,

"I'm shaking with..... Excitement." Zabuza seemed a little taken back, I have to admit, so was I. Kakashi turned and smiled at Sasuke, he already had his sharingan out,

"Go for it Sasuke." Sasuke shot out and attacked the clones, when they were defeated they dropped to a puddle on the ground,

"Hm, so you could tell that they were water clones," water clones?! "Looks like you've got some competition Haku." I looked over at where the voice was coming from, there was Zabuza standing with a boy that was no older than me,

"So it seems." I quickly pulled out a kunai and ran at Zabuza,

"Ayame!" I heard Sasuke shout, he can see me?! I ignored that thought and continued running. I lunged at Zabuza but was blocked when he swung his sword in front of me, I gasped,

"I can't see you but I can hear you. Foolish little girl." He swung his sword at me but I jumped, dodging it my centimetres. I quickly jumped back,
