As Noriaki drifted into slumber photos shot at him. It did feel like a dream it felt cold. Pictures flashed by as Nori tried to understand them. A picture of Dio's old shoe, a church, a jail, then the color white, next a snake, but the last picture is what put everything together it was Jolyne yet older.
Nori shot up in bed after he awoke. He quickly threw the blanket off of him and jumped out of bed. He ran to Jolyne's bedroom, he opened the door quietly. He walked to the edge of her bed and just kneeled on the floor.
Jotaro, who woke up to Noriaki's quick and surprising actions, walked in a little bit after.
"Are you okay Nori?" He asked with a soft tired voice
"Jotaro..." Nori looked at Jotaro with some pain he never felt before.
Jotaro walked over to Nori and put out his hand.
"Nori, did you have a bad dream?" Jotaro asked
Nori didn't answer he just hugged Jotaro.
"Nori, what happened? I'm here for you, " Jotaro told Nori
"Will Dio come after Jojo?" Nori asked with a pain in his voice
"Nori- you know he died" Jotaro blushed through Nori's hair to calm him
"But what about one of his workers-? They could come for her-" Nori looked back at Jolyne, "we don't wanna walk Jolyne. Let's talk outside her room..."
"That would be smart, " Jotaro sighed
The two sat on their bed and talked about what Nori saw in the dream.
Nori somehow ended up feeling calmer and they went to sleep soon after.
The next morning they woke up to Jolyne running into their room and yelling:
"Daddy, Daddy! When can we go see Grandma Holly?! She probably really wants to see Dad! Can we go today?!"
Nori smiled and told her, "We we're planning to go to her town today, do you want to stop by Jojo?"
"Can we stay for a while?! Like maybe overnight or something?!" Jolyne's eyes filled with stars
"It's up to Jotaro" Nori smiled
"We would have to ask" Jotaro informed
"Then I'll call her now," Nori smiled
Nori got up picked up Jolyne and walked to the other room.
He made a call to Holly and put it on speaker
"Hey Holly" Nori smiled
"Hey grandma!" Jolyne smiled widely
"Hello little Jojo!" Holly laughed
"Gramndma Dad got home last night and we were planning to go to your town today!" Jolyne informed her
"Oh really?! Are you going to stop by?!" Holly smiled
"That's what we're going to ask, may we stop by?" Nori smiled
"OH YES! You guys can stay as long as you want! How long to you want to stay Jojo?" Holly smiled
"DADDY CAN I STAY OVERNIGHT?!" Jolyne smiled
"It's up to Holly," Nori chuckled
"She can stay overnight! You two can stay also" Holly clapped
"I know Jotaro had some plans and I'll probably go with him. You can have a few hours of girl time, is that okay with you Jojo?" Nori smiled
"Yes! Yes! Yes!" Jolyne gave a big toothy smile and did her little happy dance
"Oh and Nori, don't worry about packing clothes for her, I have some I bought for her a while back" Holly informed
"Okay, well we will see you later, bye" Nori smiled
The call ended as Jolyne was half why done doing her dance.
