The press conference was over, Christina made her way backstage with Tony and Rhodes

"Well, you're in trouble now" Christina laughed to her brother

"Well, if I am, so are you... remember, what ever I go through, you go with me as well" Tony said in his defence

"I am not going through court cases with you, I'll sit and watch no doubt but I won't join you" Christina said

"There is no evidence as to me going through court cases" Tony scoffed as Christina raised her eyebrow
"Yet..." he soon added

"Whatever" Christina said as she saw a message come through
'Get your ass home'
"I gotta go, I'll see you this evening" Christina said as she left. She got into a car that she saw Coulson was waiting at. The two drove back to the Malibu mansion, Christina got out and unlocked the door to see a familiar face

"Finally" Fury said as he saw her

"You are crazy on many levels, I hope you know that" Christina laughed as she took her heels off and walked over to him

"You are the only human who is allowed to call me that and get away with it... how was the press conference" Fury asked

"I'm sure you already know how it went" Christina stated as she grabbed herself a whiskey.

"I was trying to be nice" Fury stated

"Uh hu, want one?" She offered

"No" Fury said shaking his head

"What can I do for you then?" Christina asked as she sat down with her drink

"I want you to keep me informed on everything about your brother from now on" Fury answered

"Are you serious? Fury, he would literally try to kill me if he saw I was spying on him" Christina disagreed as she sat forward

"Fine, only report things that are necessary" Fury tried to compromise with her

"I'll think about it" Christina smirked as she took a sip of the alcohol.

"Speaking of your brother, when is he coming home?" Fury asked

"I'm not fully sure, sometime at dark probably... he is with Pepper and Rhodes and international news feed" Chris answered

"Also how is your head?"

"Don't even try that one, why send Romanoff, now I'm even more behind because the damn woman never needs help" Christina stated

"I don't give damn about what bet you got going on with her, you needed help and she was available" Fury answered

"But so was Hill or someone else" Chrsitina said, shaking her head a little

"It doesn't matter Chris" Fury told her, getting a small laugh from her in response

"Fine... anyway, are you putting him for the Avengers initiative?" Christina asked

"That's classified" Fury smirked a little

"Good one, also don't leave me to know last minute when Phil or someone is about to show up" Christina added to her argument

"I didn't want you to worry with everything else, that's all" Fury told her

"Uh hu" Christina hummed as she walked into the other room to grab her laptop

"You know that I trust you with this project because I want you apart of it" Fury told her

"I know you do and I said I would do it... even though I have no special abilities" Christina said

"You have been trained by Carter, no one else really can say that they had an opportunity like that" Fury explained as he finally sat down

"Well, precisely people have been they are all just dead from ageing" Christina laughed as she came back in with it and sat down

"But you also have the ability to go from publically well known to only 3 people in the world can find you" Fury added

"Learning to drop of the grid for a while isn't really talent, all agents are taught that" Christina stated as she typed away

"Stop ignoring my compliments, it is the only time you'll get them" Fury said with a slightly angered tone

"I know, I'm enjoying it to be honest. I just don't still get why you didn't ask Phil to tell Tony about the initiative, why are you doing it?" Christina asked him

"Because it is easier to come from me, being the director" Fury answered her

"Yeah I suppose... oh damn, he has actually managed to drag more publicity into his name then I thought" Christina laughed as she showed Fury the articles on her laptop

"I'm not that surprised" Fury said as he read through it

"First the ban of weapon sells broke most of the internet and now he has done it again" Christina laughed as she heard a car pull up

"Go to the stairs" Fury told her, she crept away to the stairs and rolled her sleeves up on her blazer and pulled out a tiny metal cylinder from her pocket.

"JARVIS, who is it?" Christina asked

"Mr Stark has arrived home" He answered. Christine put the cylinder back in her pocket at she looked over to Fury who had cut the lights

"I'll sort it, go to your room or something" Fury told her so she ran down into the garage. She walked over the broken glass and to the computer chair.

"Shit" She muttered as she saw a tiny shard in her foot, totally forgetting she had no shoes on. Luckily it didn't really go into her skin so there was enough to pull it out. Chris placed it down next to her laptop before she opened it up again and looked through her emails before searching up for her usual things. She had been trying to buy a dog for months but refused to because it was the right one yet, so she decided to research again now as a distraction from the mess bound to unravel upstairs. She soon saw this cute brown and white Huskey for sale, a 10 week old girl.
"You are actually adorable" Christina laughed as she sent the current owner an email, only to receive a reply very fast after saying she could buy her.
"Well... now I gotta tell Tony we are having a puppy" Christina giggled to herself.
