Christina was on the cold metal table in a black bralette and shorts alongside a thin black robe. The mist coming out of her hands and chest before it faded her in and out of a reality state that stopped as the sound of the door being forced open came. Steve broke down the door, soon seeing the unconscious black haired woman

"Stark, I just found someone you will want" Steve said over the comms. He carefully pulled out the drip they put into her then he tried to break away her chains

"Wait, what?" Tony asked

"I have Christina, I'll bring her to the jet" Steve said as the chains finally snapped off her, he picked her up bridal style and kept a close grip on her as he ran back to the jet. He carefully laid her down across a few chairs before the rest of the team came back slowly 1 by 1. Clint was being patched up as best as Bruce could before they took off and made their way back towards the Avengers Tower.

Not even an hour into the flight, Christina slowly came around to waking up. She kept shifting and her back almost arching as she went through a nightmare phase to try wake herself up, she also kept muttering the name of 'Wanda' which was new for the 6 Avengers to hear
"What have you done" She muttered as she sat up slowly, walking up fully.

"Calm down, you're okay" Tony said as he saw her, putting the jet on autopilot

"No no, you don't understand! I need to go back, send me back!" Christina started to yell

"Chris, what are you talking about?" Nat asked as she made her way near the woman

"Stay back, please... don't come near me" Chris cried

"Chrissy, you are safe... they can't get you" Tony tried to reassure her

"But you're not safe!" Christina shouted

"What are you trying to say?" Thor asked as he placed a hand on her shoulder

"Don't!" She screamed as her hands turned to a black mist before she faded into a shadow state and almost glitched between human and a shadow figure.

"Christina" Bruce said as he also stood upto attention as they tried to find a way bring her to some form of comfort in order for her to control it

"Chrissy, it's okay, I am here" Tony said as he sat next to her, when she came back to a human state he quickly grabbed her and pulled her into a hug.
"I got you, I promised I wouldn't leave you and I am here" Tony whispered as he felt Christina grip onto his jacket before she started to melt down

"I can't control it, I am dangerous" She cried

"We will help you" Nat spoke up as she placed a hand on Christina's back

"I missed you all" Christina said after a while as she gathered herself together
"I'm just... I didn't want to come home, I can't control much of this since they done it to me... I was scared of hurting any of you" Chris explained as she leaned against the side of the jet as she tucked her legs closer to her for warmth

"What did they even do to you?" Nat asked

"I don't know" Christina lied, Natasha noticed it and nodded slightly
"Did you get the chip out?" Chris asked

"Chip?" Tony asked

"Yeah, I might need to have it removed asap because it is actually not that nice" Chris explained briefly

"Can we remove it in the jet?" Nat asked

"This might sound really gross, I can phase someones hand into my body so you can grab it but... I have no clue how embedded it is" Chris explained

"Lie down and show me" Bruce said, Chris carefully took off the robe and she laid down on her front before she used her powers to make her back turn into a transparent shadow state where they could see the chip
"I can get it out" Bruce nodded

"Alright" Chris said as she relaxed enough as Bruce grabbed the medical kit and he got it off Chris' spine.

"Done" Bruce told her. She shifted back to her normal state and wrapped herself up in the robe again

"Here" Nat said, giving her a blanket

"Thank you" Chris smiled as she curled up in it, the red head sitting closely next to her
"Nat... dad was right" Christina whispered once everyone else left

"About Shadow?"

"It just unlocked so suddenly after Strucker experimented on me and the twins" Christina explained

"We can talk about it once we land and you change" Nat nodded 

The jet soon landed, Clint was rushed off and Nat followed closely. Christina looked around as she had no clue what to do or where to go.

"Chrissy, just wait a moment then I'll take you to your room" Tony said from inside the jet

"Okay" Chris said as she wrapped the blanket on her shoulders in a shiver.

"You're back" Maria smiled

"Hill! You're okay!" Chris laughed happily as she hugged her.

"It has been 3 years since anyone had heard from you" Maria stated

"Blame Hydra... where is Fury?"

"You know him, he is somewhere" Maria answered

"I would hope so, Hydra believed him to be dead" Christina said

"He isn't"
"Oh, can you look over these" Maria said as she pulled up data files on the enhanced

"Why am I on here?"

"You won't stay there, it is just so we can make sure we have some knowledge of your abilities" Hill explained as Chris read through the file

"Yeah, it is yet isn't correct" Chris smiled before she walked off in frustration. She slowly figured out where her room was and walked inside and grabbed some clothes. She tied half her long black locks up and left the rest to flow down her back, looking at herself in the mirror

"Knock, knock" Nat said from the doorway

"Hey" Chris smiled

"So, what makes sense and what doesn't?"

"We can be here for days figuring that out" Christina laughed

"So the entire Shadow Witch thing?"

"It exists... so then does the other 7 and the mother one but she is a total myth"

"But what if it was a one time thing?"

"No... they do exist somewhere in a universe, I guess we won't find out because that is too many species to check" Christina laughed
