Why me?

Where the heck is Cece? It's her favourite class science. 

"Ned, do you know where Cece is?"

"Why would I know?" I really wish Ned did.

"Why are you so concerned about Cece?"

"Mj how long have you been here?"

"Long enough." she walked out. 1 how can she just walk out of class no questions. 2 Why is she all of sudden intrested in Ned and I. Mj and I are friends. Well Michelle. But she also stuck the middle finger at me so I don't know I'm getting mixed messages. 

What if Cece is in trouble? Can I even help her? What is she not telling me? She knows my biggest secret I'm confused as why I can't know hers. Privacy? I get it but still. 

"I have a doctors appointment!" 

"Ok Peter... you can go. I trust you. Just don't do anything stupid." She knows I'm skipping. Crap I'm caught. But she's still letting me go. This was my last class and 15 minutes before the bell but I couldn't waste a minute of looking for Cece. I ran out and as soon as I got out of that school I just found a place to change and swang around the city.

It's been hours no sign of her. Luckily enough for me my Aunt knows so I can stay out looking for her. A buzz went off in my pocket. "Have you seen Cece she isn't here." Ok so she's not at home. But she has to be around the city. She's brand new to around here. She doesn't know where to go. I try to look back at moments where she could've ran off to. I knew she went into the forest one night. I decide to look over there. It's been a couple hours since I started walking. The sun was setting a beautiful orange taking over the sky. I took my costume off. I gave up for the day. Suddenly a girl sat on top of a waterfall, standing over the edge. It was about 100 meters above me. "Hey! Are you ok?"

"Oh my gosh Peter!" she came floating down. How did she know me? "I'm fine now that your here. The craziest things have happened-" 

"Who are you?" This girl's face was blurred like if my eyes were underwater. I decide now to text Happy.

"What are you doing? You don't recongnize me?" she paused "Peter?"

I send the text I decided upon these words "Got a new magic girl on the block near this waterfall in the forest. She seems to be able to control the elements."

"No your face is blurred I can't tell who you are."

"I can't tell if this is a good or bad thing Parker."

My phone buzzed again. "Ok can't today can you moniter the area tomorrow so we're ready?" I can in fact I will. "Yes" I quickly send without losing focus of this mystery girl.

"Good or bad? What is that supposed to mean?" I breath. She obviously doesn't want to hurt me. She looks terrified. "Who are you?"

"I think it's time you figure out this one Peter." What the heck. She cannot give a wrose answer. Unless she said she's gonna kill me. That would've been worse. 

"Meet me back here tomorrow ok, I want you to meet some of my..." Friends? Family? Coworkers? "Umm friends."

"See you there bug boy." Did she see me earlier? No one knows about that. How would she? I have pieces of this weird element puzzle I have no idea how to put them together.
