Ashton
She was watching me.
I drummed and drummed, and I didn't care. Once I stopped to take a break, I looked up and she was still looking. Her arms were crossed, and it only caused me to smirk and tighten my bandana around my head.
"Problem?" I called, standing up.
"Not at all." She replied.
I smirked, "so you're a drummer too."
She simply nodded as we walked to the sidewalks.
"Just keep it down." She said.
I scoffed, "this isn't your block. I have the right to drum whenever."
She crossed her arms once again, making me grin. "I'll admit, you're not bad at all. But I just want to make sure that you know you're not the only drummer in the neighborhood now."
She cocked and eyebrow cooly, "is that a threat, drummer boy?"
I shrugged, "more like a fact, drummer girl."
She began to make her way back to her garage, then I called, "the names Ashton." She turned around, eyeing me carefully. I was intimidated, but I hid it.
"Jase." She answered, then walked back inside the garage.
My eyebrows furrowed. "Jase....." I studied the name in my mind for a moment while walking back to my garage, "I like it."
