Chapter XIV

Without him, now i celebrated my Christmas and New Year with Chloe and the kids, kahit wala na siya there's still people who loves me and i know that will never leave me just like he did. Before going to work dumaan muna ako ng simbahan para magpasalamat sa ating panginoon, as i enter the church the first person i see is Reese, our eyes met just like the first day. I really miss him, i wanted to hug him but a man suddenly approach Reese and kiss him in front of me, para akong binugbog at sinaksak ng ilang beses. Ngayon alam ko na ang pakiramdamdam ng taong nasaktan, karma na yata to sa akin.

I make myself busy the whole day para makalimutan ko ang nangyari kanina, pero kahit kalimutan ko siya ay palaging bumabalik sa aking isip si Reese at ang lalaking yun, that man he's so familiar to me but i can't remember when. I call my men at pinasundan ulit si Reese, i know that they're still together, i want to know if i trusted that man. Days have passed nandito ako ngayon sa isang café resto sa Marikina kung saan magkikita kami ni Ian ang aking private investigator at isa sa matalik kong kaibigan.

"Good morning sir." sabi niya nang makarating ito. I just nod at him and i call the waiter, we order first before we talk. He gave me an envelope and i open it, naglalaman ito ng mga litrato ni Reese at ng lalaking yun, isa-isa kong tiningnan ang mga litrato at ang bawat isa nun ay may dalang kirot, well they're happy and sweet together just like us before.

"So who is this man, Mr. Molera?" tanong ko rito. Tumigil ito sa pag-inom ng kape at tumingin sa akin.

"This man right here is Mr. Christian Dela Cruz, the brother of your ex wife, uhmm fake wife i mean." i just roll my eyes at him and i hear him laugh.

"Can we continue Mr. Molera?" seryoso kong sabi rito, umupo ito ng tuwid at lumunok bago magsalita.

"Fine, base on my investigation Mr. Dela Cruz is the owner of DelCru Pharma." paliwanag nito.

"DelCru Pharma? never heared of that?" takang tanong ko naman rito.

"It's base in London and i heared that this company is one of the supplier of drugs, party drugs. At involve din siya sa iba-t ibang uri ng krimen sa London pero walang matibay na ebidensya thats why pinadeport siya sa Pilipinas." pagkatapos niyang sabihin iyon ay sumandal ito sa upuan at muling uminom ng kape.

"f*ck!" isang malutong na salita ang kumawala sa aking bibig, why Reese is so careless?, how did Reese ended to that man? he needs to know about this.

"Relax Chase." sabi niya.

"How can i relax Ian? look, the man that with Reese right now is an addict and a criminal at gusto mong magrelax ako? ughh, i need to talk to him." sabi ko.

"So anong plano mo?" tanong ni Ian sakin.

"Kailangan kong kausapin si Reese." sabi ko nalang rito.

Reese's POV

Papalabas na ako nang simbahan nang magkasalubong kami ni Chase, my heart suddenly beats fast as i look at him, makikita mo sa kanyang mga mata ang pagkasabik, i know that he's going to talk to me but Tian suddenly appear in front of us and in my surprise he kissed me, biglang umalis sa aming harapan si Chase alam kong nasaktan ito nang sobra dahil sa paghalik ni Tian sa akin. Parang naawa ako sakanya sa mga oras na iyon, i suddenly felt the guilt, Tian hold my hand and smile.

"Lets go?" sabi nito, he place his arms around me as we walk out the church.

"Tian? why did you kiss me?." tanong ko rito.

"Bakit bawal ba?." paliwanag nito.

"Of course bawal, hindi naman tayo diba?." sabi ko naman rito.

"Pwes ngayon boyfriend na kita."
