Streaks of burnt orange, sienna, and umber passed by the back window of the vehicle that was currently transporting you down the road. Your vacant gaze stayed fixed on the partially shedded trees lining the paved roadway, your father situated beside you in the backseat.

"Who is it you're meeting again?" You asked.
"The Park family. I'm meeting with the king about a business deal."
"Oh. Aren't they owners of a big vineyard?"
"They are." Your father nodded. "A very successful one that makes the finest wine in all of South Korea. We're going to try and work out a trade deal."
"Hm."
Your family owned a company that produced healing herbs and distributed them to your kingdom to be sold in shops and pharmacies. Your family had even made trade deals with other kingdoms; your herbs in exchange for whatever goods they have.
"You know, they have a son." Your dad spoke up, obviously trying to stir up something.
"Hm?"
"A son. He's around your age."
"Really? I didn't know." You sounded just as uninterested as you felt after having obtained that information.

The vehicle came to a stop in front of a massive black gate with a large P on it. Your driver started to roll the window down and announce that you had arrived, but before he could, the gate began to open up on its own.
The car proceeded forward, following the gray stone driveway to a large roundabout that circled a marvelous fountain. Right behind it sat a prodigious two-story mansion made with variegated gray bricks; dark green ivy climbing up the side of the structure. The vehicle drove along the roundabout, coming to a stop at the front entrance of the mansion where you and your father got out.
You ran your palms over your coat, smoothing it out while following your dad up the shallow steps. He reached up and knocked on the door, which creaked open immediately. The both of you stepped inside, a man in a suit, a butler most likely, standing just inside closed the door behind you.

"Ah, you're here." A man with black, slicked back hair stepped into the room. "Please come and have a seat." He gestured towards what you presumed to be the sitting room where they entertained guests.
Both you and your father followed him into the room where a bottle of wine sat in a bucket along with three glasses.
"King L/n, it's a pleasure." Mr. Park greeted, reaching out for a handshake.
"Please, just call me Mr. L/n."
"In that case, you can just call me Mr. Park." He then turned to you. "This is your daughter, yes?"
"It is."
"Princess Y/n. It's a pleasure."
"Likewise." You reached out to shake Mr. Park's hand.
"I hope you don't mind. I let her tag along."
"Not at all. My son should be around here somewhere." Mr. Park mentioned.
"Oh, King L/n is here." A woman's voice spoke up cheerfully.
Glancing over your shoulder, you saw a woman dressed in a sleek, knee length, form-fitting dress with a suit jacket over the top.
"He prefers to be called Mr. L/n, honey." Mr. Park corrected.
"My apologies." She bowed.
"Honey, where's Seonghwa? I'm sure Y/n doesn't want to hang around and watch all this boring business." Mr. Park stated.
"I'm not sure, but you're free to walk around and check out the place if you'd like. I'm sure you'll find him somewhere along the way."
"Alright." You nodded. "Thank you."
