No perspective."Stop the fucking car." Helena snapped angrily. They'd been in the car for only 2 minutes and already uncomfortable. She turned in the front passenger's seat to look at him.
"Do you not understand what I said?" Ace growled. He really just wanted to get to California and leave them.
God they are so annoying he thought.
"Does it look like I care?" Helena shouted. Ace bent down and grabbed his gun underneath his leather seat, placing it on her temple.
"You will when I shoot you and your little pricks in the back." he replied lowly. Helena turned and thought for a second.
I mean I would love to die but I don't want to leave my brothers.
She looked ahead silently while rolling her eyes. The gun was still rested on her temple. Ace gave her a quick confused look. She looked so unfazed by the weapon against her head.
They had seen guns so many times. Not to mention Helena had already been shot twice but of course Ace didn't know that. He didn't want to ask either.
He removed the gun from her head and drove to the airport.
-----
They all sat silently on the plane and were a few minutes away from landing. Ace glared at them most of the time. Helena had a feeling they weren't going with him but luckily, she had the keys to Sharon's house. All they needed was money. They had everything else but the question was how would they get the money. They'd never been to California in their life. They didn't know how everything played out.
The plane landed and they got out. They took their luggage and stood there as Ace got out of the plane. He chuckled lowly and headed to his car. They didn't follow him and walked the other direction.
"Why aren't we going with him?" River whispered.
"He wasn't going to take us anyways." Helena replied back. She wasn't stupid. She observed him the entire plane ride. The way he smirked randomly staring at them. His body movement was too relaxed and excitement bright in his eyes for someone who spoke to them with hatred. The little things gave her the answers.
She turned her head for a split second to see Ace jogging up to them. She stopped walking and faced him.
"Where do you think you're going?" he snapped.
"Do you think I'm stupid?" Helena spoke.
"Yes bu-"
"I'm not. You weren't going to take us in at all. So, you can leave us alone." she cut him off walking up to him. He smirked at her cleverness.
"You're right. I wasn't but I was just here to wish you a miserable life because I know you won't survive long living by yourselves." Ace laughed.
"I've survived 17 years by myself with my brothers. I think we can survive the rest." Helena snapped sharply. Her hand reached for the bill in his pocket discreetly. Ace shot them a perplexed face.
"Wha-"
"Goodbye." she cut him off once again. She strolled away with her luggage and got in a cab with her brothers. She gave the driver the address and gave him one of the $20 she stole from Ace.
Ace's POV:
I stood there as I watched the cab drive away from the airport.
"What the hell is she talking about?" I muttered.
She acted as if she didn't have parents around and her brothers asked her everything.
Maybe because their parents are dead. That's why they ask her now.
I shrugged and strolled to my car. Slowly a feeling of guilt and regret built up.
Why was I feeling this?
I drove to my house and walked into the gaming room.
"So where's my new siblings?" Zeke asked excitedly.
He was my youngest brother. He was always the happiest out of all of us. He played football and was the quarterback in his team. He was the co-captain.
"Why do you care about them?" Luca snapped.
Luca was the second oldest and he was the kind of the let loose but strict person. He dealt with the cooking in the house because he loves it. He is an active person and a gym freak.
"I'm sorry for wanting to get to know my siblings I've never met before." Zeke said rolling his eyes.
"You did meet one of them. What was her name? Uhh-"
"Her name is Helena." Xavier spoke not looking up from his phone.
Xavier was the most closed off out of all of them and the third oldest out of us. He normally stayed in his room and hardly ever smiled. He reads the most out of all of us. He talks when he wants to but that's hardly ever.
"Oh yeah. You met Helena when she was one years old." Luca told Zeke.
"Okay and? I still want to meet them." Zeke replied shrugging.
"Well you're not going to." I snapped.
"Why not? You did bring them to America, right?" Zeke pushed.
"I did but I left them to provide for themselves." I said shrugging.
"Good. They've been spoilt from Erica and Tobias." Luca exclaimed starting to play his video game. Zeke just shook his head at me disappointed.
"But how do you know that?" Xavier asked making eye contact with Luca.
"Why would they leave us and have more kids?" Luca questioned back.
"Either way you shouldn't assume how people's life went." Xavier answered rolling his eyes.
"No one asked for your opinion." Luca replied.
"Whatever. I'm going to my room." He said getting up and walking to the door.
"Yeah just like you always do." Luca snapped. Xavier stopped walking for a second and sighed tiredly. He left the room quickly after.
"Well I'm going to my friends house." Zeke sighed and left the room too.
Luca just shrugged playing his game.
Well that went well.
