Chapter 2: a new begining

Two huge gates stood before us and sadly people behind it. "Hello. What business do you have here at the hidden leaf?" I peeked out from behind oto-san's leg. "We would like to speak with the hokage about residency." One of the men bent down to my height and looked at me in the eye. "Hi!" He smiled. I backed away slightly frightened. "Akuma? He won't hurt you." Oto-san held my hand. "Well, the hokages building is down the street to your right. It's a large red building you can't miss it." Oto-san thanked by bowing as did I before walking off into the directions given. We rounded the corner and saw a blonde kid about my age get hit in the face by a mask and fell to the ground. The man yelled at him and the people just watched. I tugged on oto-sans sleeve and pointed to the boy. "Hm?" I let go and ran towards the injured boy. "Move girl!" The man pointed at me. I stared at him with blank eyes before turning back to the blonde boy and touched his spiky blond hair. "She touched him!" "Is she crazy?!" I understood just how this boy did. I felt these eyes before I felt this pain and loneliness too. "What do you want?!" The boy looked up at me with bruises and cuts. I stepped forward with my hands out in front of me. "Don't touch me!" He yelled. "Hey kid!" I turned to look at the shopkeeper. "Let me finish him off." The man swung at the boy but I caught his fist. While holding the mans fist I picked up the mask and saw it was 1,000 yen. I pushed the man aside easily making him fall to the ground earning gasps through the crowd. I pulled out my pouch of money and summed up the amount. "What are you doing?" The boy asked. I held the money out to the man "I don't want your filthy money!" He slapped my hand making the yen scatter to the hard streets of Konoha. I picked it back up and set it infront of him. "You don't have to do this!" The blonde boy grabbed my shoulders.

"Sorry for the intrusion. Let's go meet the hokage now?" Oto-san came up to me. I nodded and pointed to the blonde boy. "Hey there, what's your name?" Oto-san picked him up. "Naruto Uzumaki." Oto-san smiled. "Okay Naruto lets go!"

"Come in." A scratchy male voice called through the door. "Hello hokage-sama. I am Izakue kami and this is akuma kami. We would like to ask about residency and to protect you and the village." Izakue Sensei set down the blonde boy who just ran up to the hokage. "Hello Naruto." Naruto smiled. "Hey gramps!" I was confused then the hokage noticed my confusion. "We are not related just he calls me in a different way." I stood still next to oto-san and waited. "Kami clan? From the land of lightning?" Oto-san smiled. "Yes, you've heard of us?" I looked down and angrily clenched my fists. "Ah yes! They are very powerful and loving."I looked away from everyone. "They're not all that amazing.." Naruto brightened. "I finally heard you talk!" I flinched at his hyper attitude. "What happened?" The hokage asked. "Our clan didn't except her and tortured her-" he whispered the rest in the hokages ear and the hokage closed his eyes and nodded. "Akuma, you will be very excepted here. Welcome to Konoha! I have your house key right here. And akuma, I will enroll into the academy, your first day starts tomorrow good luck!" We waved thank you as we walked out

"Woah! He went all out didn't he?" Oto-san awes at the huge house. It had a front and back porch and koi pond with a few sakura trees. Even our own training area. Every thing was closed off by trees and nature. Inside was a large kitchen, dinning room, 2 bathrooms and a living room. Upstairs there was 3 bedrooms and each room and a balcony. I walked inside my room and I set down my back pack full of my belongings. I looked at all my things I had a private bathroom, a walk in closet, a vanity, a dresser, large queen sized bed draped with brown and gold colored sheets, and nightstands with lamps. "This is nice.." I said to myself as I unpacked and put away my belongings.
