The Same Mistakes {Sequel to Unconditional Love}

Chapter 6

Niall's P.O.V.

“Angel it'll be alright I promise, that won't happen. Our baby will be healthy.”

“I-I sure hope not. I don't want it to be true. The dream still scared me to death.”

“Shh it'll be alright. Just breathe in and out okay?” Niall breathed while holding me in his lap and rubbing my back to help me calm down.

Ashley's P.O.V.

I started to breathe okay about twenty minutes later after Niall started to sing little moments just for me. He was quiet so only I could hear him sing.

After I felt my heartbeat go back to normal I heard him ask softly “Are you okay now, love?”

I nodded my head and laid my head against his chest listening to his heart beat when he kissed my neck then sat his head on my shoulder.

I sighed then said “I don't know where I would be with out you. I know I probably wouldn't be this happy. I can't wait to start our life together.”

I heard him gasp then look down at the ring on my finger and rubbed it with his thumb, what he said next shocked me, I almost didn't hear him say what he said.

“How about we elope when we get back?”

“Do what?! Are you serious? Niall I want to do it the right way. I would if I wasn't pregnant but I feel that if we do it the right way then maybe I can gain some of your mother's trust back.”

He chuckled and smiled then kissed my forehead. He then took my cheeks between his soft warm hands and kissed me so softly. Once again it felt like it was just us out here in the open field. Just out of the corner of my I seen a shadow and I heard someone say “Shh we have to be quiet so we don't wake anyone, plus your sister needs her sleep since she is pregnant.”

“I know but I don't want to leave with out telling her bye.”

“Davey you can come back later, come on my parents aren't home yet and I want to snuggle with you.”

“I can't say anything with that, I'll be at the truck in a minute.”

“Oh alright, but hurry up.”

Some how that irritated the fire out of me. But it took a lot for me not to jump out of the tent and cuss her out. I thought I seen love there between them but when she said pregnant she seemed a little jealous of me having a baby and a thought ran across my mind so I acted out on instinct.

I opened the tent and stepped out in the bright sunlight hitting my skin, instantly warming it. I turned to my brother kissing her and I glared.

I coughed and they both jumped. I glared at Jessi and she glared back. I couldn't believe she was going to challenge me for my brother, but not like that though. My brother are close but not that close. I loved my brother to pieces and I wasn't going to have a whore or anyone get pregnant and break his heart.

“Are you using my brother to get pregnant? Honestly do you want a baby or just the money that comes with it? I won't have you mess up his life if you are!” I shouted.

She turned her nose up at me and flipped her hair and stomped off like a brat.

“That's what I thought!”

“Ashley watch out!” Niall shouted as I felt arms wrap around my waist. I had been moved and Jessi had landed on top of Niall shocked that I had been moved out of the way so fast.

My heart beat was beating so fast I thought I heard it in my ears and could feel it down in my stomach. I looked down to see the hands that were around me gone and when I turned around Harry was standing near my brother giving Jessi an stank glare and biting his lip worrying about me.

Niall gently pushed Jessi off of him and walked slowly over to me and looked at me still stunned that I would take that risk.

“What were you thinking?” Niall growled.

I didn't answer because I started to cry and ran away in to the woods where briers scraped my legs and arms but I didn't care because I was still stunned she would do something like that.

I heard him yelling for me to come back but I didn't. Soon after I found a soft patch of moss and slid down the tree with the bark breaking off in my tangled mess of hair and bawled my eyes out.

“You alright?” He asked me, but I didn't answer. I only cried harder.

I felt his arms go around me and I curled up in his lap and cried. I didn't understand what was going on and I was really honestly confused about everything.

“Ashley, love your alright. I understand you wanted to protect him and I'm glad you did what you did but you must understand that you took a dangerous risk.”

I sniffled and looked in to his green orbs of Harry's eyes and said “I know but I-I just didn't know she would do what she did. I don't her to hurt my only brother and now I think I caused a scene that I didn't want to happen and damn it now I'm crying again.” I told him swatting at the tears coming down my face. The dream I had came flashing back only making the tears flow faster than they were.

Harry told hold of my hands and wiped away my tears and when I looked back up in to his eyes I noticed he still loved me and I felt the urge to kiss him. I leaned towards him as he leaned towards me. Our lips met and soon we were kissing passionately.
