The Same Mistakes {Sequel to Unconditional Love}

Chapter 10

Harry P.O.V.

Suddenly the yelling stopped upstairs and I'm glad it did. I didn't like Ashley and Niall fighting while only I was around. It seemed that's the only time it did happen. Suddenly Megan took her hand from mine while were sitting on the couch. She stood up and said “I've got to go.”

“What? Why?” I asked alarmed.

“I have to agree with Ashley this time. We all heard what they were yelling about. Why weren't you going to tell me?” She asked me while trying not to get upset in front of the others.

“I was planning on tonight but we decided to do it as a group.”

“Everything you guys do is as a group but you know one day when you guys will want to have a day just to yourselves ya know? I want to be with you but you're making hard.”

“How am I making it hard?” I asked making my voice hard.

“Because your still in love with her. I can see it. But that's not the point. The point is that you weren't going to to tell me you were leaving.”

“I was going to tell you when we were alone but I don't think it would've made a difference. Why are acting this way? Me leaving, I'm used to going somewhere different and you wanna know something I was going to ask you to go with me.”

She stood very still for a few minutes processing what I told her when the rest of the guys got up and went in the kitchen so we could talk in private. Once Liam, Louis, Eleanor, and Zayn were out of the living room she went across the living room and sat on the couch opposite of me. I sighed and looked away from her. I was probably being childish about this but I didn't understand why she was so upset.

I'm trying so hard to get over Ashley, I really am. But when you love someone with everything you have in you it's very hard to let them go. To watch them be happy with someone else. To see them hug and kiss. To hear her laugh at Niall's stupid jokes. Her blue eyes filled my heart with joy. I told her that she was helping me get over Ashley but I also told her it would be a while before I could.

“Harry I know how much she means to you, I can see it all the time even when were together. But let's be honest here will she ever love you back, no. She is in love with Niall. Niall loves that girl more than life itself. She saved him, something changed that day inside of him, he will be forever grateful and as an added bonus somehow she loves him too. I'm falling for you Harry but I feel like I won't live up to her. If I go on this trip with you, that is if you want me too I want us to spend as much time together as we can. I want to try with you and give you a real shot.”

I looked at Megan and smiled. For the first time being with Megan my heart skipped a beat and I knew she was meant to come save me from myself. I knew if I didn't get over Ashley I would probably do something stupid. I was glad that she had come in to my life when Megan did. I got up off the couch and bent down on my knees and took Megan's head between my hands and brought my lips softly to hers. “I still want you to come with me.” I told in between the sweet kisses.

Ashley P.O.V.

The kiss got more heated than I anticipated. I had my arms locked around his neck and he had me pinned against the hard wall behind me. He trailed his kisses down my neck to my collar bone and I couldn't help but to let out a small gasp. Niall chuckled then looked back up at me. His beautiful blue eyes were shining brightly, once more I found myself getting lost in them when I felt his lips on mine once again.

I let myself get taken away with him but once I felt my back lay on the bed I stiffened. Niall felt my change and looked at me with concern.

“What's wrong, Angel?”
