Amelia's pov

A few months later

Me and josh been hanging out a lot now. we are like inseparable. no we are not dating we just like each other's presents a lot. I honestly don't know why we aren't dating. anyway right now we are at his house watching a movie. technically I'm watching a movie while he is on his phone.

"Josh" someone shouted at the door.

"Go get the door Josh" I said

" You go get it" Josh said

"This your house "

"So" he said not moving

"Ughhhhh" I said getting up. I can't stand this boy.

"Who is it" I said to the person on the other side of the door.

"It's me" I heard a female say.

I just decided to look through the peep hole. it was Malaysia and some girl who looked just Malaysia, I'm guessing her mom. I opened the door and Malaysia ran to me.

"Malaysia get off of her" the girl said

"It's alright, hey boo" I said to Malaysia.

"And may I ask who are you" this girl said with and attitude. I ignored her tone.

" I'm Amelia Josh friend" I said.

"Oh um where is Josh"

"Joshhhh" I shouted

"Yeah" he said coming to the door wrapping his arm around my shoulder.

"Oh Malia" he said

"Yeah I'm going out of town and I need you to watch Malaysia for me" Malia said.

"Ok" he said taking the diaper bag from Malia.

"Josh you chose her over me, man was that a downgrade" Malia said laughing

"Yup" he said and then smashed his lips into mines. it wasn't a surprise because he did it all the time. the kiss was getting a little intense. I knew because his hands started to slide down my back onto my butt and then he gave it a squeeze I then instantly pulled away from him before I moaned in front of them. he pouted a little because he wanted to hear me moan but that was not happening ,there was still a child right there anyway.

"Come on Lay-lay" Josh said as they walked away into the living room. leaving me and Malia at the doorway looking at eachother until she said something.

"Listen her bitch I don't know who you think you are but you will not come up in here acting like you are Josh girlfriend and don't try to get close with my daughter just to impress him" Malia said to me. oh hell naw who do she think she is talking to me like she scare me or something.

"I didn't try it was an instant connection between me and your daughter, and move on hoe he don't want you no more." I said and slammed the door in her face.

Satisfied with what I said to her and walked away. like move on he obviously don't want you anymore. I'm not trying to come between the relationship they have. but the only relationship I think they have is only there because they have a daughter.

Honestly Josh still think that Malaysia isn't his he wanted to take a DNA test but I talked him out of it. because I love having Malaysia around as weird as it may seem.

I walked into the living room and sat down. I just thought how could some one like her create someone like Malaysia. It's just crazy.

"What was that kiss about" I asked Josh.

"I just wanted to kiss those soft lips that's it" he said smirking at me. I laughed.

"Ok" I said.

I was still with Josh he was getting ready so we can go grab something to eat.

"I'm ready lets go y'all" Josh said.

"Where are we going" Josh asked while getting in the car.

"Chipotle" I shouted

"Ok, you want chipotle Lay-lay"Josh asked her. she shrugged her shoulders.

"Ok I'll take that as a yes" Josh said

"Do you ever wonder why we don't go out yet Amelia" Josh asked me.

"Maybe because you never asked me" I said

"True true" he said as he turned up the radio. Why would he even ask me that he should know why we don't go out its not like he asked me out and I rejected him or something. And for him to just say that out of the blue is weird because we weren't even close to a dating subject.

We pulled up to chipotle and ordered our food and sat down we s. as we were eating I got a phone call from a number that I didn't recognize.

"Hello"

"Hey I'mma be in town soon and your the first person I wanna see" they said

"Ummmm may I ask who is this?" I said into the phone confused as ever.
