(Y/N) looked at an unfamiliar face among the 5 Zodiacs. "Is that who you replaced me with?" She said pointing at a boy with dirty blond hair. He was bruised and a bit bloodied. "Ah, it doesn't matter. Though it is a downgrade on my chair."
"What's you just say?!" He spat.
(Y/N) smirked. She threw a dagger directly towards the boy, but it was deflected by a staff. "I'll take the cow and red suit. Nobunaga and Franklin, go for the horse. Feitan and Phinks take the dirty blond. Shizuku and Machi, fight the staff wielder." The members nodded.
"Hey, Mizai, Boto, your opponent is me." (Y/N) said with a proud smile. "Do your best because I'm not holding back." (Y/N)'s blades circulated around her as she dashed towards the two.
Mizai pulled out his yellow card. "Don't attack." He ordered.
(Y/N) scoffed. She sent a dagger flying towards Mizaistom in which he dodged to avoid the dagger. She was restrained and Botobai was about to swing his mallet until he heard a grunt behind him. A pin stabbed Mizai. (Y/N) was released from the restraint. Her daggers were turned into pins. She threw them and locked Botobai to the wall. "Leave now or regret you stayed for longer."
Botobai huffed. "Don't harm Botobai." Mizai struggled to say.
"Say less." (Y/N) threw a pin straight towards Botobai.
(Y/N) felt something enter her heart. She looked back at Kurapika. "One, you're not allowed to kill anyone here. Two, you can't use conjuration anymore." (Y/N)'s pins disappeared. Mizaistom and Botobai were still unable to move. "It's a paralyzing toxin. You won't be able to move for some time. Well, I didn't recover until a few hours later." The other Phantom Troupe members were about done with the other Zodiacs.
A pigeon landed on (Y/N)'s arm with a letter. Cluck. (Y/N) took the letter. She smiled. She took the letter and infused it with nen. "Can you guys bring them together?" The members did as they were told. (Y/N) set the paper in front of the 5 immobile Zodiacs. "Pariston wants you all back. Bye bye." The paper grew and wrapped around the Zodiacs. They disappeared along with the paper.
Kurapika scowled. Just then a card was thrown at Nobunaga. "Hisoka?!" Nobunaga groaned. Hisoka stabbed Nobunaga and wiped the blood away from his fingertips. The spiders watched as Nobunaga's lifeless body fell.
"Hisoka, did Kortopi and Shalnark suffer the same fate?" Franklin questioned aggressively.
"You will all have the same fate eventually. Some today, some another day." Hisoka replied.
(Y/N) walked over to Nobunaga's body and pulled out the card. A joker. (Y/N) used her ren and saw hidden behind the card was an ace of spades. Hisoka, pick a side already. She looked at Chrollo. The card was thrown towards the string of chains that connected Chrollo and Kurapika's hand. The chain was sliced through. Chrollo jumped back and conjured his book.
"I told you, she was working for herself." Chrollo remarked. Kurapika grimaced. Chrollo opened his book to a page. A fan appeared in his hands.
"Kurapika, remember the agreement. I get (Y/N) and Chrollo." Hisoka reminded Kurapika. "You can have the members of Phantom Troupe."
"Hisoka, it won't be satisfying to battle me." (Y/N) said. Hisoka head titled in confusion. "Tell Kurapika to take out the Judgement Chain unless you want to fight me when I have a handicap of being unable to use conjuration. You know I fight with conjuration. After all, my main ability isn't much."
"Mine too. Just to be safe." Chrollo remarked. "You wouldn't want me to drop dead before we even start, do you?"
Hisoka narrowed his eyes. "Very well. Kurapika, change it or the deal is off."
"(Y/N), instead of being unable to use your conjuration techniques, you're not allowed to see Phantom Troupe after this if everything turns out well for you." (Y/N) mentally laughed. "Chrollo, instead of being unable to work with (Y/N), you're not allowed to kill anyone."
"Much better." (Y/N) said.
"(Y/N), Chrollo, follow me." Hisoka said.
"Wait, what about Kurapika and the rest of Phantom Troupe?" (Y/N) protested.
"Tonight is going to stain red."
"Stop. Kurapika is going to kill them."
"Do you not have hope in them? Or would you rather have me kill them?"
(Y/N) bit her lip and stayed silent. They walked further and further away from the Phantom Troupe hideout. Chrollo and (Y/N) walked side by side, keeping a distance behind Hisoka.
Chrollo whispered to (Y/N). "If I die or if it's obvious that there's no way of winning, I want you to run. I should be able to hold him back long enough for you to get somewhere." (Y/N) looked at Chrollo and shook her head. "Don't be stubborn. I'm saving your life."
"I have nothing to lose. You do." (Y/N) said. "I am a spring breeze. I come and go. You, however, are the brightest flower in the meadow. You have people waiting for you. You inspire people. Me, well, I'm just a touch of beauty in the scenery. I exist only to add onto what is already beautiful." Chrollo couldn't say anything. "I'm guessing you understand."
"Thank you." Chrollo suddenly said.
"You're welcome?"
"Thank you for being a part of Phantom Troupe. Thank you for watching over my troupe and protecting them." It was (Y/N)'s turn to be unable to say anything. "But, even the brightest flower can wilt. If the spring breeze dies tonight, then I shall die tonight as well."
"If that is the case, this spring breeze will try not to die." (Y/N) lied.
"And this bright flower will try not to die either." Chrollo promised.
The rest of the walk was silent. They finally reached a deserted area without much rubble around them.
"We're here." Hisoka said as he walked further to make space between himself and his two opponents.
"Be safe." Chrollo said.
"Back at you." (Y/N) said.
