My dad called me up to his office . I came upstairs and knocked on the door . He signaled me to come in .
"Dad? What's up ?" I said sitting down
" I was wondering if you could go with me to my last cancer screening before my surgery."
"Yeah of course." I said with a smile
"Thanks son ."
"When is it again?" I asked
" it's on Friday .Are you sure if your busy then I'll go by myself it's fine "
"Dad is this because this is your first appointment without mom ?"
" it just makes me feel better knowing someone's there for me ."
"I'll be there ,always dad ." I said hugging him
