"Good morning everyone," Mr. Leto said after the bells had chimed. "I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are ready to get back to work. As for special announcements: Juniors and Seniors, remember, Prom is coming up. If you're planning on attending, please talk to Ms. Candance."
Everyone murmured excitedly amongst themselves.
"By the way," Biana whispered. "We're all going together as a group of friends, okay?"
Sophie and Dex shared an amused look before all four of them nodded at Biana.
"Now," Mr. Leto continued. "I hope you all have a wonderful day." He nodded and then walked off the stage.
"Jensi," Sophie said, turning to the boy as they walked to their lockers. "Do you remember what Mr. T said we were doing today?"
"I think he said something about playing tons of games." Jensi said with a shrug. "Which is fine with me since we just got finished doing that skit."
Sophie nodded and grabbed all her things before the bells chimed and everyone headed to their first block class.
"Hey everybody," Mr. T said with a small smile as they all took their seats and walked in. "How was your weekend?"
"Good," Everyone droned.
Mr. T blinked. "Why do you all sound dead?"
"Because it's a Monday," Sophie said with a sigh.
"True," Mr. T said with a nod. "Monday's suck."
Everyone murmured in agreement before Mr. T walked to the middle of the classroom with a grin.
"But just because you don't like a certain day of the week," He said. "doesn't mean you all have to act like Zombies."
Everyone quietly groaned at that.
"Now," He started, motioning for everyone to stand up. "We're going to start off with some exercises to get you guys awake and then we'll play some Theater games."

"Today you'll be doing a project that involves a partner." Their world history teacher, Ms. Velia, said.
Sophie and Biana looked straight at each other.
"But you won't get to choose your partner." She added, smiling at all the faces that had turned from happy to sad.
"You will be paired with your partner based on alphabetical order." She continued. "If you don't like your partner, suck it up."
Sophie repressed a groan. She already knew who she'd be working with, and she wasn't too happy about it.
Ms. Velia announced the partners, and she finally got to Sophie's name after a few other students. "Sophie will be working with Stina."
Sophie and Stina looked right at each other and glared.
After Ms. Velia had finished calling out the names, everyone made their way over to their partners and began to work on the assignment.
"You will be creating a PowerPoint over the history of a country." She explained. "You can choose the country you do. You will have two days to finish it."
"So, she lets us choose our country, but not our partner?" Stina muttered as everyone got to work. "That's stupid."
"Listen," Sophie said, biting her lip. "I want to do this probably as much as you want to, but I know for a fact that we both really want a good grade. So, maybe just this once, we can try to be civil to each other."
