Nicki:"Condo's have stairs outside I want Inside like townhouses." She pouted.
Drake:"Is it in our budget?"

Stephen:"But I'm not done since it's for rent it will be 800 a month including the water so all you have to do is pay rent, light bill, and cable."

Stephen:"So come on down with me to the office so we could fill in your application and check your credit and everything else all that technology stuff."

Nicki and Drake left the house and went to their car.
