Disintegrates

[Timeskip to 1:13]

The scene whites out. It cuts sharply to a view of Thanos his hand on his chest, no wounds visible. Thanos now seems to be inside the Soul Stone, where he sees a child and the pavilion from the home world of the Zen-Whoberi.

Thanos: Daughter?

The child turns around, revealing herself to be Young Gamora.

Gamora: Did you do it?

Thanos: Yes.

He looks down.

Gamora: [Beat] What did it cost?

Thanos: [Solemnly] Everything.

Now out of the Soul World, Thanos is snapped back to reality, and notices the damage inflicted on the gauntlet; the metal scorched and distorted from heat, the stones no longer glowing.

Thor: What'd you do? [Angrily] WHAT DID YOU DO?!

Thanos was nearly seems to not notice Thor before he uses the Space Stone and teleports away, leaving Stormbreaker behind on Wakandan ground. 

Steve: [Stumbles into the clearing, holding his left side] Where'd he go? Thor... where'd he go?

Thor suddenly looks on the ground and disintegrate into ashes as he didn't notice; for much to Steve's shock.

Steve: Thor?

Bucky: Steve?

Bucky suddenly stumbles over, drops his gun, and collapses into ashes; for Steve's shock again. Steve walks over and touches the ground where Bucky's ashes evaporated disbelievingly.

Arthur then gets up to see a shocking movement here, then he looks at Steve and notices something.

Arthur: Steve?

Steve then turns to Arthur which he notices something, he looks himself and sees a dust around him. Steve suddenly disintegrate into ashes as he drops the shield, for much to Arthur's shock. Then we see that Bruce suddenly disintegrate into ashes as the Hulkbuster armor was fallen down on the ground. Then Arthur sees Wanda is mourning over Vision. On the battlefield, the male Wakandan soldiers disintegrate to ashes.

Then we see that T'Challa is reaching for a fallen Okoye.

T'Challa: Up, General. Up! This is no place to die.

As T'Challa holds out his hand for Okoye, he suddenly disintegrates into ashes and, in anguish; as Okoye falls back on the ground. Few seconds later, she gets up herself.

Okoye: Kumkani?!

Groot: I am Groot...

[Translation: "Dad?"]

Then Groot was slowly corrodes into ashes as well by Rocket.

Rocket: No... no. No. No. No! Groot, no...

Rocket suddenly disintegrates into ashes as well which he didn't notice.
