• "wait so what's happening this with all the house renovations?" one of the people asked

"well with the renovation, with people's paper work and what type of Insurance they have they will have a few options on what they can upgrade to a limit. we need new houses on the inside and out, the people need a better home and living style then living in these broken houses that haven't been upgraded in year when it was needed" i spoke

"well when renovation are happening how will we decide who goes first and where will we put them to live?"

"well i've been think about that and i want to go for who has the most to least damaged houses, the people who have the most damaged deserve to go first because it's more damaged and need to be fixed up quickly" i said

"what about house limit? like how many house will be renovated at a time? there are more then 150 properties in this estate and they all need fixed? what will you do?"

"well it all depends on how much the house need to be fixed. like we will sort it out through percentages, and i'm trying my best" i said

"nice i like that idea Ms. Y/n. what about the estate it's self do you plan on just fixing the houses or everything?"

"everything, i want this place to be a new and greasy place people feel safe and secure then broken and dangerous every now and then" i said

"where will these families go as their houses a are getting fixed and how long will they take?"

"well i'll have 24/7 construction crews to build the house quickly and fast so it'll save more money and it'll take about 3 weeks to get fixed with 24/7 crews, and to answer the where will they go, they will be put in apartments within the mean time, i'll make sure we can save money and earn and gain more from this, doing this will also raise credit scores and help families within the needs. the estate gets paid a lot within in and outside the estate jobs. so this will take almost a 2-3 year process but i promise it'll be worth the wait" i said

"that's great to know, i think we can continue this meeting next week, we can work on paper works and start preparing for this, we will have more to contribute and work towards this matter, thank you everyone for being here and for everyone's great ideas and solutions, this meeting is dismissed"

we all packed up and went home.

"raine where did you put the blow dryer" i yelled form upstairs

"i think in the bathroom" she yelled back

"i know damn well you ain't yelling in this house, get your ass up here" i yelled

she ran upstairs and went to my room to get the blow dryer from the drawer.

"here you go" she smiled

"i didn't see that" i cried a little and blow dried my hair

"rintarou isn't going to be here tonight, so do you wanna have a girls night and invite some of your friends?" she asked

"honey i don't have any friends that are girls" i laughed

"now that's just sad, what about your friends on the volleyball team?" she said

"oh right, you're talking about those friends" i said

"i can call to have them over right now" i said
