This is because Korekiyo tries to go to sleep on his own without his boyfriend cuddling him because he thinks it makes him stupid, though Rantaro knows he secretly wants to cuddle forever and he knows Korekiyo is still awake late at night so he will always cuddle him and then Korekiyo finally goes asleep.
