Chapter 5

Anna's pov:

I woke up with someone's arms around me and I was really confused. I looked over and I saw y/n sleeping peacefully beside me, I smiled and tried to fall back asleep but I couldn't so I grabbed my phone and I got like a million texts from our group chat with Emmi, Juj, Jelly, Talia in it asking where I was. I gave in and sent them a picture of me and y/n and then the whole group chat exploded again. I ended up turning my phone on do not disturb because I didn't want to wake up y/n, but it was too late, she'd already woken up

"Good morning Boon" she said taking her hands off of me

I internally melted at the sound of her morning voice

"Morning"

"How long have you been up?"

"Not long, probably like 5 minutes"

She nodded

"I'm going to go take a shower, do you wanna come with?"

It took me a second to process what she said

"Y- wait what?"

"KIDDING" she yelled as she walked into the bathroom and shut the door

"Kinda wish you weren't kidding" I said softly so she wouldn't hear

She opened the door and poked her head out

"Did you say something? or was that just in my head?"

"No, I didn't say anything" I lied

"Huh ok... hey can you grab me a hoodie?"

"Yeah sure" I said getting up and grabbing one from her closet

"Thanks" she said as I gave it to her

"No problem" I replied sitting back down on her bed

Once she got out of the shower we switched places, so I showered and she sat on her bed. I decided to tease y/n a little because why not, she does it to me, so I took a picture of myself in her mirror only from the shoulders up but I made sure she could see the hoodie that she gave me and my bra in the back, and I sent it to her.

shumate.anna - who said it isn't?

I smiled and got into the shower. I'm a lot bolder through text than I am in person and I think it's the other way around for y/n because at least last night and this morning she was really bold. I turned the water off and got ready. I opened the door and y/n was staring at her phone with a TikTok audio playing on loop. I realized that it was my latest video. A thirst trap

"I see you like my lastest video"

I could see her blush a little and then turn off her phone

"I do. You looked really good"

"Thanks" I said blushing a little as well and sitting down next to her

"Do you want to make one together?"

"Huh?"

"A thirst trap"

"Sure"

She turned her led lights on white for the intro then red for the first part, she gave her phone to me and said that we could just do every other little piece of the video would be the other person. We finished it, she posted it and we went downstairs to get some food before y/n took me home

"Good morning ladies" y/n's mom said as we walked into the kitchen

"Hey mom" y/n said

"Morning Mrs. y/l/n"

"We just came to grab a quick something to eat and then I'm going to take Anna home"

"Ok, that sounds good" 

Y/n grabbed us each a granola bar and we got into her car. We were almost back to my house when she put her arm on the center console next to mine and intertwined our pinkies. I automatically got butterflies and I looked over at her

"Do you not want me to-" she started, pulling her hand away from mine

"No, it's fine" I said holding onto her pinky

She smiled a little and we pulled into my driveway

"Oh, I just realized, I have your snap but not your actual phone number, could I have your actual number?"

"Oh yeah, sure"

I put my number in her phone and I put my name as 'boon <3' she looked at it and smiled. I walked up to my front door, unlocked it and went inside. I realized that y/n was still in the driveway, waiting for me to get in safely

she has no idea how much i lo- like her...

I waved to her and she waved back, pulling out of my driveway
