Devil Fruit abilities:with the Fruit he can turn into a half Tiger man, A full Tiger, then just a regular man. With it he has heightened senses and agility and is faster and stronger. He also has Claws which he can coat in haki.

Fighting style:Rokushiki. It is a fighting style that is used by CP9 and some Marines and is a superhuman style comprised of Six Techniques

1.Geppo/Moon step:allows the user to jump in mid air by kicking the air

2.Tekkai/Iron body:it hardens the users muscles to take extreme force, though can be broken

3.Shigan/Finger pistol:they user uses extreme speed to pierce a target with their finger a certain way

4.Rankyaku/Tempest kick:the user kicks with enough speed and strength to make a wind blade projectile. But you can send it at high velocities not just with a kick.

5.Soru/Shave/instant Transmission:the user can move at extremely high speeds to avoid attacks and send their own

6.Kami-e/paper art:the user can make their body flexible as to be difficult to hit

Backstory:Kenji and Rob Lucci grew up Together and they both found their devil fruits together and were basically best friends. Til years later they were both In CP9 and Kenji left after seeing things he rather not then decided to become a Marine and would stay that way til the paramount war and say the true corruption of the marines and left them to help Luffy.
