The weekend couldn't have come any faster. Except to my dismay it did.
"Please both of you just shut up! You're giving me a headache" I gritted out through clenched teeth to Mia and Veronica. Last night I got little to no sleep due to Aaron and Olivia's 'activities'. They were acting like two horny teenagers who hadn't seen each other in months. I ended up sleeping all throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
"You already told him you would go so now you have to" Mia explained. I groaned loudly in annoyance. Veronica and Mia were currently trying to get me out of bed so I could get ready for my date with Jaden.
"I already told you! I feel sick" I lied. I rolled over onto my stomach and pulled the duvet over my head.
"Don't try that on me" Veronica warned. "I don't understand why you don't want to go. He's amazing"
"Plus aren't you tired of always being the single one in the group?" Mia added with curious eyes. That was a rhetorical question. I was definitely tired of being the single one of the group. It gets annoying after three years of fifth. I can't even count the amount of times I've had to drive home on my own when we all go out because I just end up getting bored.
"Unless...she still has feelings for someone else" Veronica smirked and wiggled her eyebrows. I knew exactly who she was talking about.
"Ew no!" I pulled the covers away from my head and glared at her. "Why would you even say that?" I yelled wrinkling my nose in my disgust.
"Yeah she defintily still likes him. I didn't even say a name but her mind went to him" Veronica muttered.
"Veronica" I deadpanned "If I go on this date will you stop?"
"maybe" she smiled innocently.
"Then help me get ready" I said and stood up. They squealed in excitement and sat me down at my vanity. "Don't overdo it" I cautioned to Mia who was doing my makeup. "I don't want him getting the wrong idea" I muttered. I was grateful that she didn't argue with me. There was a sudden knock at my door. "come in" I looked to the right and saw it was Kiara. "You don't have to knock, its fine" I laughed.
"What's happening?" she asked as she sat on my bed.
"Sierra is getting ready for a date" Mia filled in.
"and who's the lucky guy?" she questioned.
"Her soon to be boyfriend" Veronica giggled and wiggled her eyebrows at me.
"No it's just some guy from college" I dismissed and gave Veronica an 'are you serious look', because thats all he was. A guy from college. Veronica curled my straight hair to perfection and Mia stuck to my word and did my makeup as light as possible.
"You know, I have the perfect dress for you. Give me a minute" Kiara rose from the bed and sauntered out of the room. Not even a minute later she returned with a beautiful white frill dress with pink floral print all over it. "Try it on. I have more dresses if this one doesn't fit"
