Your POV

I'm sitting on the couch, petting Chica as she sleeps on my thigh.

Ding

I check my phone.

I'm going to the hospital. It's Jack.

Fear overtakes my body as I read that message.

I don't bother replying. I get up, laying Chica back down when she starts to follow. I fill her doggy bowl and her water bowl. I make sure everything's dogproof before I leave. I text Mark once more.

"I'm on my way"

Mark's POV

I get to the hospital and ask for Jack. A woman directs me to his room. I walk in and feel the tears sting my eyes as I see Seán. He's barely breathing, monitors and wires and all sorts of medical crap surrounds him. He looks up at me and smiles, still trying to be his normal cheery self, despite the circumstances. "M-mark! You came!" I quickly go over to him and hug him gently. "J-jack I-... Who did it..."

"W-well..." He gasps softly.

Beep beep beep

I notice quickly what's happening. "W-what wait Jack! S-seán n-no! N-nurse! We n-need a nurse in here!"

He flatlined that day. He simply stopped breathing. (Y/N) was devastated. I was devastated. Everyone

Was devastated.

Weeks after, we bury his body. Many tears were shed.

Days later

I'm laying in bed. (Y/N) said he went to go do something.

Minutes pass and I hear a crash from the bathroom.

I get up and speedwalk to the bathroom. "(Y/N)?" I open the door.

He hung himself.

I freeze. Minutes feel like hours, hours feel like days, days to years.

I can't move. I'm staring at his dead body swing in front of me. A slight exhale turns to massive sobbing. I fall to my knees. "W-why... W-why... (Y/N)..."

"It's all your fault."

I hear a voice behind me.

Then the click of a gun.

I feel it press against the back of my head. I don't care. I close my eyes to embrace death.

Bang
