Luni the Aeris sighed. She was making the long, dangerous journey towards the desert city.
I hope I don't become some kendyll's snack.
It was fall, soon to be winter, and she was migrating to warmer places as aerisin (m made up a plural version of aeris) could not survive in cold temperatures.
The wind was getting chillier.
The weirdest thing was that she didn't know how to fly.
She had never been taught to, as she was the omega of her pack.
She noticed the Alpha soaring above the clouds, along with the rest of the pack, who were all smirking.
She only grumbled, as she was used to this behavior from the idi_ts.
They all swooped and did spirals in the sky and then soared down.
They had started mimicking her, making disgusting face and walking with their wings flapping mockingly.
She held a deep snarl from escaping from her own throat.
The Alpha, Sunbringer, landed and started saying, "Go hunt! All of you-except Omega."
Why wont they just call me Luni?
The Alpha stared, and suddenly scowled.
"Get to work. I want this place prepared for a feast."
Luni kept her head down and got to work, her ears and eyes lowering.
That was how she was supposed to act towards the alpha, how any st_pid omega should act towards a loud alpha.
She quickly prepared the place as the Alpha yawned.
"Omega, go light a fire, will you?"
She hissed, lucky that the Alpha did not hear.
"Yes sir."
"Call me 'Oh Superior Alpha"
She grumbled before saying "Of course, oh superior Alpha."
"Now!" he snarled as she quickly paced away.
Suddenly, something landed, and a shadow loomed over it.
It roared angrily and snatched the Omega in it's talons, but not before she bit it.
The ghibli screeched and started spitting poison everywhere, it seemed she had injured it's throat.
It spiraled, flapping wildly, before crashing in the water.
She looked down at it's deep depths for a moment, before diving after the ghibli.
It may have been an enemy, but it was still a living creature.
She struggled to carry it to the shore, almost drowning herself.
The ghibli seemed to notice this and started pushing with her.
Finally, they were at the surface.
The ghibli coughed as it laid limp.
She was beginning to feel rather dizzy too.
Maybe some of that area sleep stuff got on her.
Even so, she probably would've passed out anyways, due to the cold and poison-plus the scar which now lashed from her back to the beginning of her wing.
Now, any chance of her flying was ruined.
