Your antagonist doesn't exactly have to be the bad guy. They're just someone who's against what the protagonist is doing. Say your protagonist is a villain, then the antagonist might be the hero's or law enforcement.
Think outside the box. . . . Though, maybe with a little BOOM! 💥
