Make cut outs for every letter of the alphabet and cut outs of as many numbers as you want. Then put the letters in one bowl and the numbers in another. Mix them out and pick one of each, find the section for your letter in the dictionary and then go down however many words you number was. Then write something involving that word or keep going until you have a weird jumbled sentence.
