You can't die, even by a flesh wound or having your head chopped off. You will never die of natural causes like old age. You will never age after a certain point of physical growth.
You can still feel pain, can still get sick, you just won't die from it. Other than not being able to die and all, you are still physically able to have kids and such if you choose.
