I've done something similar to this with my first ever prompt but decided to revamp it! This isn't strictly a ship prompt, it can be written as teammates looking out for each other but Ship suggestions neverless!:

-Semishira
One of them starts to neglect their health (skipping meals, staying up all night to study/pratice, etc.) They do show some slight symptoms but no one really knows what's wrong and if asked they don't tell the truth. Eventually it all comes to a head when one day at practice everything is fine until the team hears a thud, which was them falling because they fainted. There's freaking out, lots of panic, before someone finally uses the shared braincell and says they should take them to the nurse. How it goes from here is up to ya!
