So uhm- I accidentally deleted this so I had to rewrite it srry 😃🔫
Third Person POV:
Shoto skipped breakfast, (which was another noticeable change: Over time, Shoto had been eating less, but hadn't quite been starving himself for days or so) and headed straight out the door, trying to avoid Endeavor. Once again, there was barely anyone in front of U.A.'s gates when he arrived. He simply brushed it off, but still he checked his phone, in case he was late.
To his surprise, he wasn't at all late; he was rather early, having approximately an hour to kill before his lessons started. The school was already open for students and teachers at this time, so he could easily just go to his classroom and do whatever, which is exactly what he did.
He was now in class 2-A's classroom, sitting at his desk, his sketchbook out. Approximately twenty minutes had already passed, and he had spent most of the time studying, partly for the test they were writing later that day, partly for the upcoming exams. Now he was simply sketching random things in his sketchbook, trying to pass time without being completely bored. He was glad he also had his phone and headphones with him, because it would have been a lot more boring otherwise.
Now, the dual quirk wielder was in the middle of drawing a willow tree, split up in quarters, each representing one of the seasons (the inspiration for that specific sketch came from the songs "Seasons - by Rival, Cadmium, Harley Bird" and "Willow Tree - by Rival, Cadmium, Rosendale", since I was listening to those while writing this part of the story).
He had just finished the winterly part of the tree, when the door opened and none other than the raven haired teacher entered. Todoroki was surprised to see him here, since he usually came after the bell rang. The raven haired teacher was just as surprised seeing the half and half teen sitting in the classroom.
Aizawa's POV:
I had to prepare something in class 2-A's classroom before the test today. I opened the door, and had expected an empty classroom, but was instead met with Todoroki sitting at his desk, seemingly drawing something into a small-ish notebook. He looked up when I opened the door, a hint of surprise in his facial features.
"Oh... uh, good morning Aizawa-sensei... I didn't expect you to be here this early....", he said slightly startled. "Good morning, Todoroki. What are you doing here so early?", I asked the boy, who awkwardly put his hand behind his head presumably to scratch it, flinched slightly and put his hand back down, before mumbling something about "having woken up early".
The fact that he flinched, was rather peculiar to me, since it was well.. Todoroki. That's when I noticed he had a white bandage wrapped around his head, slightly covered by some of his hair. Now this, this was even stranger. The boy usually didn't get seriously hurt, and I know for a fact that he didn't get an injury like that yesterday, during the combat-training.
"Uhh... why do you have a bandage around your head, problem child?", I asked him questioningly, furrowing an eyebrow.
The boy looked a little uncomfortable at the question, but nonetheless answered:"I- uh... I was training yesterday and hurt my head a little..."
I wasn't sure whether to believe him, but the explanation seemed acceptable, since I knew he was quite serious about becoming a hero, which needed a lot of training. Nodding at this, I told him to be more careful the next time and headed over to my desk, while he returned to his notebook.
Roughly fifteen to twenty minutes later more of the problem children filed into the room, chatting about god-only-knows-what.
When everyone was finally there, I got up and started talking, before their usual chatter broke out again: "Now that you're all finally here, I have to say something before I hand out your guys' tests. The dorm's are now fine again, the renovation is done. Just bring your stuff to school some point this weekend and you can move back in."
After answering some of the class' questions, I started walking around, handing out the sheets of paper. It was a 'simple' test about what they had learned this school year, more specifically about heroes, what they learned about the top ten heroes in the current hero ranking and hero work. If they payed good attention and studied, it shouldn't be too hard. Some of the students had a clear advantage, because they for example did their internships with some of those heroes, or in Todoroki's case grew up with one of them. And then there was obviously Midoriya, who seemed to practically stalk heroes, especially All Might.
I personally didn't like Endeavor much, but I practically had to make a lot of the questions about him, since he's currently the number one hero.
I hope you guys are enjoying this story so far, and if you have recommendations or suggestions for the story line or how I could improve the story, feel free to let me know!
