Today when I got on the bus the new girl asked if she could sit with me. She also turned to me to apologize. I don't know why. What did she do? Did she do something wrong?
"Hey I Just wanted to apologize for the way I treated you and what I said."
"What did you say about me?"
"I called you a creep and a stalker."
"Oh. It's okay. I guess. It kind of seemed like I was to be honest. Can we start over? I really want to get to know you."
" I don't know. You still want to talk to me after what I said about you."
"Yes."
"Okay. If you want."
"So my name is Kyler. You are?"
"Alice."
"So why are you staying with Lexi?"
"Reasons..."
" Do you want to talk about them?"
"No. It's not the fact that I don't want to. I can't, it's just too much for me right now."
"Well... even though we just met and all if you need anyone to talk to, someone's shoulder to cry, or something like that I'm here."
"Thanks... I guess."
After that we were at the school and we had to get off the bus and go into the school. I did my normal morning routine. I went to my locker and got what I needed out and put anything I don't need in my locker. When I turned around there she was. Alice was right behind me
"Hey you want to walk to class together."
"Sure. If you want."
We got to class and no one was there and since we didn't have assigned seats I asked Alice if she wanted to sit by me so she wasn't alone. She said that she would because no one really wanted to sit alone.
