Class 1a takes a trip to Camp Half- Blood

Chapter 16- Annabeth Chase

A/N: Surprise, Surprise a new chapter out of the blue. Just felt like publishing this now idk why but whatever. ENJOY!!!

"Hey, Wise-girl." Percy said.
"What's up, Seaweed Brain?" I reply.
"Do you think it would be okay if we were to- i don't know....take the three weirdos outside of the barrier to see their powers?" he asked rather quickly.
"I- I don't know Percy." I say, "normally, it's demigods that attract monsters but since they're not demigods I don't think they would attract any."
"Okay, great because we're all ready to go." Percy says.
"Who's we?" I ask him.
"Me, you, Nico, and the three weirdos." Percy explained.
"Okayyyyy, and what are we gonna do?" I ask.
"Well, since Chiron said their powers can't work inside the barrier, I thought it would be fun to take them somewhere outside so they can show us." Percy explained. I'm surprised he was actually listening during the meeting. I don't know if taking them outside would be wise, but it would be helpful to see their quirks so we know what we're dealing with.

"Alright, fine." I tell Percy. He takes my hand and he and I jog over to Thalia's old pine tree, where we find the others waiting for us.
"Hey guys!" Percy says, "Y'all ready?"
"HELL YEAH!" Bakugo yells.
"Yeah!" Izuku yells.
"...ya..." Todoroki says.
I get the feeling they really miss their quirks- or most of them for that matter.
"Woah! Calm down there, Todoroki, wouldn't want Chiron to hear us." Percy said sarcastically with a smirk.
"But, I didn't-" Todoroki started.
"He's being sarcastic, Half n' Half." Bakugo informed him.

"oh." Todoroki said, "what is sarcastic again, Midoriya?"
"Uh, actually, the term is sarcasm," Izuku says, "and it's kinda like....taunting someone and being...ironic."
Todoroki then turned his head to look at Percy, which caused Percy to jump back a little.
"why do you taunt me?" Todoroki asked.
"No hard feelings, dude, but sarcasm is kinda my thing." Percy answered smugly and proud.
"Hmm, no actually, sarcasm is more of Leo's thing." Nico said tauntingly.
"WHAT!?" Percy yelled, "NO IT'S NOT!"
"Is too." Nico said.
"No, i'm Percy, the sarcastic guy!" Percy said.
"Nah, you're more sassy than sarcastic." Grover said.
"Grover!" Percy said offended.
"Persassy." Todoroki said which left everyone quiet.
"Wh- what did you say!?" Izuku said wide-eyed.
"Persassy." Todoroki repeated.
Everyone burst out laughing, except for Percy who stood there like this:

"EVEN YOUR POSE IS SO SASSY!!" Nico wheezed.
"You're all dead to me." Percy said, which caused everyone to laugh even harder.
"Aww, don't be upset, Seaweed Brain!" I told Percy trying my hardest not to laugh.
"Uh, guys, what're you doing?" Will Solace said, as he walked over to us.
"Oh, Will!" Nico said trying to contain his laugh, "We're um..." he looked over at me, waiting for me to help him out.
"We're uh...." I said.
"TAKING THEM TO MCDONALDS!" Percy said enthusiastically.
"Taking them to McDonalds." I repeated, "taking them to Mcdonalds?"

"Yes, I- I mean, THEY, want Mcdonalds." Percy told Will.
"Real smooth, guys." Will said, "I know you weren't taking them to Mcdonalds."
"Nothing gets past you, huh babe?" Nico said, "Hey, since you're here, i'm a little parched, get me some water?"
"Fine, whatever." Will said as he went to the Apollo Cabin.
"run?" Grover asked.
"run." We all agreed.

And so, we set off, outside of the protection of Half Blood Hill, and ran into the forest. Looking for a clear area to test out Todoroki, Izuku, and Bakugo's quirks.
