The Transcript
The ruckus of Cyclonus's and Airachnid's fight can no longer be heard. She quickly ensnared him in her webs.
Megatron: My apologies, Arcee, about attacking you.
Arcee: Thanks, but why did you do it?
Megatron: Oh, our last group of visitors were a group of ruffians who wanted to rob us. We are on edge about other groups.
Arcee: Ah, I see. Who were the others that took down my team?
Megatron: I believe it was Airachnid, Elita, and Swerve.
Arcee: Dear Primus, Swerve managed to pin one of my people?
Megatron: Yeah, he can. He's not burly but he is dense. Also, you all should keep an eye on Trailcutter.
Cliffjumper: How come?
Megatron: He's gentle, yes, but he is the drunkard. Energon can do some unruly things to people.
Cliffjumper: But he wouldn't even remember it if he did do it. This would all be a wild cybergoose chase.
Megatron: True, yes, but it is still a possibility. Hell, he thinks Magnus killed himself, so I can blame it on someone being under the influence.
Arcee: True, true. Okay, question one. What was your relationship with Ultra Magnus?
Megatron: He and I did talk a bit after he arrived with his little gang. I am the blacksmith here, and Magnus was interested in what I was crafting yesterday.
Arcee: And what was that?
Megatron: [putting his hand on his temple] This is going to sound very suspicious, but it was chains. I swear I didn't do it, though! Someone just got a hold of my chains. They were for blocking off a hole that Trailcutter keeps falling into when he gets drunk. It just pisses me off to keep on pulling him out. I already had to do it twice. I can show you the hole later.
Arcee: Yeah, that would be good.
Megatron: But I didn't do it.
Cliffjumper: Noted, my friend.
Arcee: Two: what were your thoughts regarding Ultra Magnus?
Megatron: Overbearing, but I think that about everyone. I hate social situations, so chatting while I was trying to work was infuriating.
Cliffjumper: Oh, infuriating is such a vibrant word.
Arcee: Cliff, not right now. I agree, but not right now. Okay, Megatron, lastly, who do you think did it?
Megatron: Hmm. You know what? I am going to agree with Trailcutter. I think Magnus extinguished his own spark. Hell, he saw me making the chains he used to hang himself!
