"There's a guy on the way who knows Itadori better than me." Nobara said. "Um..." Yuko says. "Let's hear what he has to say first." Nobara says. "If you happen to like-" Yuko said but gets cut off by Nobara. "Nope! Even if heaven and earth were to dance the lambada, no way!" she added. "How about-" Yuko gets cut off by Aiko. "Nah, I only like him platonically." Aiko said, sipping her drink.
"Hey! What the heck is this about?" Megumi asked, clearly annoyed. "Yo! Fushiguro! Does Itadori have a girlfriend?" Nobara asks. "Huh?" Megumi asks. "You see, this girl here..." Nobara explains the situation. "So, you're saying...It's like that?!" Megumi asked, surprised. "Yup, It's like that." Nobara said. Megumi sat next to Nobara. (Aiko was sitting next to Yuko the whole time). "I doubt he has a girlfriend." Megumi said. "What makes you think that?" Nobara asks. "He didn't seem bothered by the fact he was moving to Tokyo all of a sudden. " Megumi answered. "Plus, he's got some posters hanging in his room. Not the kind someone with a girlfriend would have." he added. "Are you the type to drink black coffee in front of a girl to impress her even though you don't like it?" Nobara asked Megumi. "Nah, he always drinks black coffee." Aiko responds. "You called me to hear what I have to say, right?" Megumi says. "Um, do you happen to know what type of girls he likes?" Yuko asks. "Oh, right...he said something about liking tall girls." Megumi answered. All three girls looked at each other, Nobara and Aiko were smiling. The girls did a toast.
"Nice! I'm gonna get Itadori over here! You're okay with that right?" Nobara said. "Yes!!" Yuko responded. Aiko was just clapping softly. "That's awfully casual." Yuko says, looking at the message. "Is it?" Nobara asked. "Hey! What're you doin' here, Fushiguro?" Yuuji said. "That was quick!!" Nobara and Aiko exclaimed. Both girls looked at each other having the same thought. They both nodded at each other. "Itadori, this is-" Nobara said, getting cut off by Yuuji. "Hey, Ozawa. What's up?" Yuuji said. All three first years raised up a sign with the number 10. Yuko and Yuuji talked a bit then she left. "Are you sure it's okay?" Megumi asked. "I exchanged contact info with her so, we should be fine. Anyway, Fushiguro, I realized how I truly feel." Nobara said. "Huh?" Megumi said, "The idea of Itadori getting a girlfriend before I get a boyfriend really annoys me!" She said. "Is that so?" Megumi said. Aiko giggled.
After that, Aiko went back to Jujutsu High since she was exhausted. She was walking to her dorm when she was stopped by Gojo who wanted to say something to her. At first, she was skeptical but talked to him anyway. She was then taken to a private area. Well, it wasn't really private. She was told to sit down. "Okay, why am I here?" Aiko asked, looking around. "Well, I'm going to tell you about your mother." Gojo said. "Uh...what?" Aiko asked in confusion. 'How does he know my mom? Yeah, she was a sorcerer but I didn't think he knew her personally.' she thought. 'This is strange.' she thought. "You're probably wondering why I said that." Gojo said. "Well, Utahime told me that I should probably tell you about her since you're old enough to know." He added. "Okay..." Aiko said. Gojo proceeded to tell her about her mother.
Masuda Yua. A gentle, caring, soft-spoken and beautiful woman. She had beautiful black hair which would often be styled in a bun with a yellow ribbon. and had brown eyes. She was the second child of Masuda Reo, the current leader of the Masuda clan's first child. Her abilities were the same as Aiko's but she could change an item's shape. She was often doted on by Reo since she was his only daughter. She was elegant when fighting. The way she moved was often described as graceful. The way she jumped, landed, kicked and punched was as graceful as a butterfly's fluttering wings. She was also known for being a naive person.
She had dated a non-shaman at the age of 16 and had Aiko because of her curiosity. She kept the child which Reo instructed her to keep as a secret. Once that secret was found out, she was berated non-stop by people in her clan which lead to her running away. It was hard moving from Kyoto to Tokyo. She then went to Jujutsu High in Tokyo because of an accident which caused her to use her technique. She went on missions and took care of Aiko. Sometimes, she even went on missions carrying Aiko on her back. She still managed to kill a curse without any problem in doing so. Utahime often warned her about it since she could get Aiko killed.
When Aiko was 7 years old, Yua decided that it was best for Aiko and her to stay at an apartment. Of course, Yua still went on missions and often left Aiko in the care of either Utahime or an auxiliary manager. When Aiko would be in Utahime's care, she would sometimes take her to places that Aiko wanted to go. Aiko would be left alone at home at the age of 10. Yua had taught her how to cook and do basic chores. When Aiko was 12, Yua called her telling her to live a long life and that she will miss Aiko. She didn't understand this but soon understood once she was now at her mother's funeral. People from the Masuda clan had found Aiko which gave her grandfather, Reo a glimmer of hope. He had lost Yua but had Aiko. Upon Aiko's request, she wasn't taken back to the Masuda household and was left alone in the apartment but still supported by the Masuda clan.
"This is quite a handful." Aiko said. "I know that mom was cool and all but...SHE HAD ME AT THE AGE OF 16?!" Aiko exclaimed. "I don't even know what I should say." she said. "Well, your grandpa actually opposed to you going on that solo mission." Gojo said. "Once he found out you went, he was about to go to Tokyo but was stopped by your uncle." He added. "Um, I'm just gonna go back to my dorm. There is a lot to unpack and I should think it through a bit." she said standing up and going back to her dorm.
"I should visit mom tomorrow."
