"I don't have much to show for today, so let me squash a bug like you." Nobara said. She went ahead and hit nails his way. Aiko then went and threw her pins. The nails and pins had hit somewhere else. The thing which the pins and nails landed on had fallen.  Nobara had kicked the thing and Aiko had added more pins to it. Both girls had snapped their fingers. "Hairpin!" Nobara said. "Expand." Aiko said. They had said it at the same time, which sounded great. It successfully hit him but it wasn't enough.

"Don't do it Kugisaki! You too, Masuda! Nanami said so too." Nitta said. "And we didn't tell you Shoko was here because-" Nitta was cut off by Nobara. "Because you didn't want me doing something reckless, right?" she said. "The paramedic team was probably late for that reason too." she added. "Even so, I can't just leave while they're still fighting." Nobara said. "I'm sorry but, I can't just stay. I'm pretty uninjured as well. I can't just leave too." Aiko said. Nitta of course, had given her the pins back once the paramedics had arrived. 

Nobara and Aiko chased him but couldn't since they were distracted. They managed to beat the distractions and went ahead and threw pins and nails. They continued attacking, avoiding his hands. They were about to be stabbed but dodged him. They continued fighting, pins and nails were being thrown everywhere. His hand had transformed itself into some sort of thing with spikes. Aiko and Nobara were separated into different directions. Both of them here hit in different areas. Nobara was hit on the shoulder but Aiko was hit somewhere below her shoulder. 

"I thought I told ya, that thing won't work on me or did you forget already." He said, busy talking to Nobara. He didn't notice Aiko behind him, stabbing him with a pin that grew. "So that's where you went" He said. Aiko quickly ran and stopped when she was next to Nobara. "I know that,  but sometimes you gotta try." Nobara said. He avoided the pins and nails coming his way. He had also removed Aiko's pin that she stabbed. Nobara had told Aiko to get up from the ground, she also told her to make the pins grow when they were above ground. Aiko nodded. 

"Here you go." Nobara said. She looked at Aiko and nodded. Both girls snapped their fingers. Then, both girls went down to attack him. Aiko behind him, avoiding any nails and Nobara in front. "I've been thinking about it." Nobara said. "Ever since I was told about your cursed technique, I've thought this would be effective against you." She added, hammering down a nail in his head. Aiko had also stabbed a bunch of pins behind him. Nobara had held Aiko's hand and both of them got away from him. 

"Hm, that's weird. I just felt my cursed energy detonate somewhere else nearby." Nobara said. "How do I put this, your cursed energy isn't really all that strong. And back then, you could've just grabbed me or Aiko." she added. "You're like a double or something that can't use your cursed technique, aren'tcha." Nobara said. "A double huh." Aiko said. "Correct." he said. "This is where the battle really begins." Nobara said. Aiko, preparing to throw more pins. "Actually, I'm gonna run away." he said and ran. "What?!" Both girls exclaimed and chased him. "Get back here!" Nobara shouted. "The subway." both thought. They nodded to each other and went down.

They followed him and saw two of him. They passed each other. "Itadori!" both girls said. (Aiko switches from last name to first names often). "Kugisaki!! Masuda!! Run!" Yuuji shouted. Both girls had let their guard down and it was too late. He had touched the girls. 

"Aiko! Get up already!" Megumi said, knocking loudly on her door. "Yeah yeah! I'll be there!" Aiko shouted. She got up and got ready. "What's with the rush anyway?" She asked. "You've been sleeping for the past hours!" he said. "We're gonna be late for the mission!" He said. "Oh yeah, sorry." Aiko giggled. Both of them had left the school, with Yuuji and Nobara waiting. "Sorry, I overslept." Aiko said, scratching the back of her head. All four first years then proceeded. Laughing at the fact that a small bit of Aiko's hair stood up. 

Aiko smiled. Reflecting on what happened these past months. She sighed. "Sorry but, I gotta go now." Aiko said, smiling. Mahito's technique had hit a part of her body. Her wound was near her heart. Then, "Itadori, tell everyone, it wasn't so bad." Nobara said. Mahito's technique also hitting her.  

Nobara had spilled coffee on Gojo's shirt. "Oh man, you've done it now Kugisaki." Yuuji said. "This is Gojo-sensei's right?" Yuuji asked. "Who's really at fault here?" Nobara asked. "Ijichi who entrusted us to keep a freshly, dry cleaned shirt safe. Or me, who spilled a little bit of coffee." she added. "You!" The other three first years said. "And that amount isn't 'a little bit'." Aiko said. The first years did their best to remove the stains. Yuuji held the shirt up. "Hm, it could pass for a Marrimekko." Nobara said, crouching. Aiko crouched next to her. "Yeah, it can." Aiko said. "That's insulting, (to the fashion industry)" Megumi said. "I bet it's cheap anyway! Fushiguro, look up how much this brand costs." Nobara said. "Hopefully it's cheap." Aiko said, standing up. 

The shirt cost ¥250,000. Nobara, Yuuji and Aiko's jaws dropped.  "T-Tax included?" Yuuji asked. "Before tax." Megumi said. "Fine, I'll put in ¥90,000." Megumi said. "Huh?!" The other three first years exclaimed. "This shirt literally costs as much as my rent!" Aiko exclaimed. "Mornin'" Gojo said. "Ijichi should have left you guys with.." Gojo noticed the other first year's expressions. "What's up, Megumi?" Gojo asked. "Nothing." Megumi says, irritated. The three first years then burst out laughing. Megumi still looked irritated. 

Now, Nobara and Aiko's bodies were on the ground. It was a mystery if they were still alive or not. A Kyoto student treated the girls but their conditions were now unknown. 

Aiko had already died. 

She had woken up somewhere. Sayaka had greeted her, holding her hand out. Aiko smiled and took her hand. "Sorry everyone, I'll cheer you on from afar." Aiko said, running with Sayaka, hand in hand.
