#3 Zalfie Bonding

Today you and Joe are driving to Zalfie's to spend the weekend.

You haven't actually hung out with Zoe or Alfie that much and so they called you and Joe to come spend the weekend to have fun and just get to know each other more.

You and Joe loaded up your car and headed on your way.

On the ride there you began to grow more and more nervous. You have met Joe's entire family a few times, but you are constantly nervous you aren't who they see Joe being with for the rest of your lives.

When you pulled into Zalfies driveway, Joe turned off the car and turned to face you.

"You okay Y/N? You have seemed to be a bit uneasy all day."

"Yeah I guess," you started. "I'm just nervous when we are around your family. I feel like they don"t like me that much."

He took your hand in his.

"Y/N they just don't know you that well. I am sure they like you. They have no say anyways. I love you. I promise they like you. They just need to see more of you. This is going to be a good weekend, i'm sure. C'mon."

You gave him a reasuring smile and leaned in to kiss him.

Whrn you arrived to the door with Joe, you rang the doorbell and immediately heard footsteps running towards the door.

When the door swung open, Zoe happened to be standing there with the biggest smile on her face.

"Joe! Y/N! It's so great to see you both!,"

She pulled you two into a hug one at a time and continued.

"Please, come in! Alfie ran out to get us some take out. When he gets back we can all eat and catch up!"

'So far, so good'  you thought.

When Alfie returned he seemed so happy to see you and Joe. You all broke into the take out and conversation. You ended up talking for about an hour or so before deciding you wanted to play a game.

"Hide and Seek," Alfie spoke up. No one could seem to agree on a game.

"Oh c'mon,"  Zoe wailed. "There's no where to hide."

"It could be fun," said Joe. She finally agreed and Joe turned to ask you.

"What do ya think?" He asked smiling.

"I want to play! Not it!" Everyone screemed not it, but Joe was the last one.

"Okay I will count to 45. Let's go! 1.." He started and the three of you seperated, scrambling to find a good hiding spot.

You could still hear Joe. "25!.."  Agh. You started to get frustrated, not finding a good spot.

'There,' you thought looking at the sofa in the corner, with a little space behind, perfect for hiding.

You hopped back behind the couch and looked over, making eye contact with Zoe.

"Oops. Sorry... I kinda invaded your hiding spot."

She giggled and nudged you on the shoulder. "Don't worry about it. I actually was wanting to talk to you about Joe."

She was staring at you deeply in the eyes now. You immediately began to get sweaty palms and get super nervous, but you kept eye contact.

"Listen Y/N. I am really happy for you and Joe. I know we haven't exactly got to talk and hang out much, but from what I hear, you seem to be a pretty amazing girlfriend. So I wanted to say thank you. Joe had been lonely for a while.

But when he met you, I knew you were going to end up together. Seriously every time we talked before you were dating, he wouldn't shut up about how beautiful and kind you are. He still won't shut up about you."

You both let out a small giggle and she continued.

"Thank you for being there for him Y/N and treating him the way he deserves. He really loves you. I hope we get to know each other more and get to spend time together. We should go shopping this weekend to get away from the boys for a few hours when we can."

You smiled and nodded your head. "I would like that."

Right when you ended Joe and Alfie popped over the couch, Joe yelling.

"I found you both! Losers, hiding together!"

You all giggled and played a few more rounds before all getting tired and ending up crawling in bed.

When you got in bed, he pulled you into his strong arms, one hand running through your hair and the other around your waist.

"Thank you for coming and spending the weekend with me at Zoe and Alfie's." He spoke.

"Of course," you looked up at his deep blue eyes. "I wanted to. I was really nervous earlier, but I don't know why. I have had a great time so far. I think the rest of the weekdn is going to be great too."

He kissed you on the forehead and whispered in your ear softly before falling asleep, "I love you Y/F/N."

"I love you too Joseph Sugg." 

And right after expressing your feelings to each other, you both fell into a deep sleep.

And you were right. The rest of the weekend was a blast. You ended up going shopping with Zoe and really bonding. You all went out to the cinema on double dates and playing more hide and seek.

You all had a great time together, and you knew this was just the start of a great relationship.
