Y/n pointed to the old rusted building him and Kurapika were looking for and went inside, apparently it's a secret agency for hunters to get a job, it was hard to find but with just little information Y/n and Kurapika managed to find it, the two boys were greeted by a lady who looked like she was expecting them

"Oh two costumers how nice" The lady began as she stared them down 

"Now how can I help you two boys?" She continued as she reached for her laptop

"We would like to take on a job that involves the auction at Yorknew city" Kurapika stated making the lady type it in her laptop

"Hmm...we have three clients who wants at least two or more employees to work for them" The lady mentioned making the both boys smile at each other 

"But I can only employ you to our client" The lady pointed at Y/n making Kurapika confused

"Wait, but you said they're at least looking for two or more" Kurapika mentioned to the lady who just simply looked at him 

"You're right, but what I'm saying is experience isn't what you lack" The lady began making Kurapika still confused 

"What do you mean? I already have my hunters license what more am I missing?" Kurapika asked the lady who smirked

"Your exam isn't over yet" The lady stated as she pointed to Y/n

"And your friend here has already finished" The lady continued as Kurapika was getting irritated 

"You can't see anything can't you?" The lady began as she released her nen making Y/n notice it but as for Kurapika he can't see it

"That's what I thought, you can come back again after you finished your exam" The lady stated leaving Kurapika annoyed and Y/n worried

"Ugh that- Y/n what was she talking about anyway?" Kurapika grunted as Y/n try to come up things on how to explain nen to him

"Explaining nen to him is no use since I also don't know how some of it works" Y/n thought to himself as Kurapika vented and accidentally bumping to a stranger

"Sorry" Kurapika mumbled to the stranger then continued going on about what he lacked

"What do you have that I don't Y/n?" Kurapika asked Y/n who finally gave up and was gonna explain nen to him but both sensed something about to attack them

The two dodge the attack swiftly as it went through a tree making the both of them shocked

"So you can't see it but can sense it and you can see it you just don't know how to use it" A man suddenly spoked to the two who got into a stance 

"My attack can be blocked by the use of nen but you didn't use it" The man continued as he looked at Y/n making Kurapika even more annoyed and Y/n surprised

"Who are you?" Kurapika asked in a stern voice meanwhile the man pulled out Y/n and Kurapika's hunters license

"My hunters license" The two boys exclaimed is unison as the man smirked

"Want it back? Come and take it" The man teased the two boys who charged at him only for him to dodge swiftly

Y/n tried hitting for his nape for him to be knocked out but was instead greeted by a punch to the stomach, Kurapika took this opportunity to hit him on the legs to make his balance uneven but was too late and the man landed a hard punch on his face 

The two boys were on the floor panting and groaning in pain, it then started raining making them drenched, Y/n coughed up some blood after the impact it had to his stomach while Kurapika looked like he was gonna blow up in a few seconds

"Do you get it now? There still something important you two still lack" The man stated making Kurapika grunt in anger

"I-I need enough power to fight on my own!" Kurapika snapped making both Y/n and the man shocked 

The man sighed in defeat before throwing Y/n and Kurapika's hunters license to them

"Come with me, I'll teach you both" The man said as he walked the opposite direction

Kurapika and Y/n both looked at each other before following up to him, Y/n grunted in pain before standing up making Kurapika notice

"Are you okay Y/n?" Kurapika asked who was about to help Y/n but declined

"It's okay Kurapika, I also want to be strong so I need to take this in as a lesson" Y/n smiled to Kurapika who smiled back bitterly, the two finally caught up with the man and Y/n noticed that the silence was too loud

"So uhh...what's your name sir?" Y/n asked breaking the silence as he rubbed his stomach to ease the pain

"Just call me Isunavi, no need to be so formal" Isunavi stated as he sat down on one of the logs making Y/n and Kurapika do the same but on the log that was placed in front of Isunavi

"So tell me your names first" Isunavi started as he looked at the beaten up boys

"I'm Kurapika"

"I'm Y/n" The two introduced making Isunavi shocked about Y/n

"Y/n? Like the Y/n Fowler?" Isunavi mentioned making Y/n and Kurapika surprised

"How do you know that I'm a Fowler? I'm not anything special in the family" Y/n stated making Isunavi chuckle

"A friend of mine works at their mansion as a bodyguard for the master" Isunavi explained making Y/n speculate that he might know Nicholas 

"Anyways back to the point" Isunavi said changing the subject 

"The thing I used to defeat you two was called nen" He explained making Kurapika intrigued off the bat 

"It is a technique that allows a living being to use and manipulate their own life energy, in other terms it is also called aura" Isunavi explained to the two boys who were listening very carefully

"Nen has 6 categories you two might fall in once you mastered the use of your aura" isunavi explained to the two boys who mentally took down notes

Isunavi then explained the Nen categories making the two surprised by the knowledge the had never known until now, after Isunavi explained everything he then explained how to awaken aura nodes, this was meant for Kurapika only and as for Y/n he asked how did he managed to awaken his aura

"Well it was when I was dealing with a half cursed human" Y/n started as the two listened

"I was about to perform a exorcism on them but I was too late and it ended up punching me in the face so hard I was at least knocked out for two days" Y/n continued

"After that I noticed all this random aura around me when I woke up, my other siblings can't see it but I can" Y/n added making Isunavi think for a moment 

"That half cursed human must've known nen and when he punched you it probably opened up your aura nodes" Isunavi explained as Y/n listened at his statement

"That's a harsh way of initiating your aura nodes, I'm probably gonna be doing the same to Kurapika" Isunavi mentioned making the two boys surprised

"You're gonna punch me?" Kurapika questioned as Isunavi shook his head

"I'm gonna do it in a less painful way but you have to do everything I need to say" Isunavi explained as he prepared himself, He made Kurapika face away from him so that he will have an easier way of awakening his aura

(What happens here is like when Wing awakened Gon and Killua's aura) 

"Woah that was amazing, how do you feel Kurapika?" Y/n awed at Kurapika who already awakened his aura

"I feel fine, I just feel my aura flowing in my body" Kurapika stated in awe making Y/n raise his hand for a high five, Kurapika smiled high fiving Y/n 

"You two are not done yet, you guys need to master keeping your aura stable or else it will run out fast leaving you with no energy" Isunavi explained to the two who began training immediately
