7. It's a mate thing

It was one of the roughest days for Jungkook. He is not even woke up on his bed. The stupid uncomfortable couch was too much for him. To his happiness, he was supposed to concentrate on the whole lengthy speech the pale man giving in front of him in the pack meeting room. But he can't. Why? Because of a living bastard eating his head.

It was Yoongi. They were walking through the silent hallway. If someone enjoying these silently, then they're Namjoon, Niki, and Jake right behind Jungkook and Yoongi. God knows how they're controlling their laughter.
" Oh my Goddess, hyunggg... It wasn't me..."- Jungkook said or more like whined. Yoongi laughed at the alpha. "Yeah, yeah..."

"Hey, baby... Hey alpha, hey Namjoon, hi there, pups."- It was Hoseok who stopped them in the Middle way. Yoongi moved closer to his mate.

"Yah, alpha comes first, then baby."- Jungkook cringed at the word as he said to Hoseok who was inhaling his mate's sweet scent.

"For me, my baby comes first"- Hoseok replied kissing on the forehead of the beta.

"Hey, Hoseok. What are you doing here? Why are you not in the pack dispensary? "- Namjoon asked.
"Ah... Jungkook, do you know your omega is sick ? "- Jungkook froze at the question. He can literally hear a bastard telling him 'I told you' inside.

Everyone's gaze landed on him. Hoseok sighed.
"Well, he was literally burning like fire when came to the dispensary. His wound is still not healed. It's hurting him too badly."- Hoseok said.
" How come his wound isn't healed yet?"- Namjoon asked with full worry in his voice. Normally, Werewolves heals faster. Then what happened to Taehyung?

" You didn't seal the mate mark, did you?"- Hoseok said.

Jungkook on the other hand busy with arguing his wolf. Both idiots.
"Huh ?"
"Your mate mark isn't sealed Jungkook.
It can cause him fever and infections. His wound will get worse if it wasn't sealed soon. Do something before it gets worse"- Hoseok said and left with his mate, leaving a puzzled Jungkook and Namjoon in the hallway.

He sure marked Taehyung, but when the pain hit his body, Taehyung falls down from the cliff, unconscious. He didn't get a chance to seal the mark. God this is all just...

"Kook... Jungkook... JUNGKOOK"- he snapped from his thoughts to face Namjoon.
"Stop fighting with JK"- he nodded.
"I don't know what your plans are. But, I don't want my brother to get hurt. So, careful with your steps. Even though he's your mate, you don't have any right to hurt him. Or make him sad. You got me? "- Namjoon said, not as his army general, but as a brother.

And God, that was scary.
" Yes Hyung"- Jungkook said even though his eyes flicked red for a second. Namjoon walked away. Jungkook stared at the door of his bedroom before pushing it open. He found his omega mate sitting on the couch, wrapping a bandaid around his wound and eventually hissing at the pain. He cleared his throat to get the attention, but nothing happened.

"Why did you go to the dispensary without my permission?"- he asked.
He can't tolerate the scent of other alpha on his mate. Now his omega's blue eyes facing him. Damn!

"Did you asked my permission before marking?"

That's it. The words come out from the omega like a sharp knife hitting the very right spots. Jungkook froze at the spot.
" You should've asked Niki and Jake for help"- he said.
" And why would I do that? I know how to take care of myself. What do you want me to do? Sitting here waiting for your permission to treat my wound and eventually die with pain and infections?"- the omega spat at him.

Jungkook couldn't believe his ears. He literally hearing the accusations from an omega. Anger fuming inside him as he walked towards the male but stopped in the mid-way. The confused blue eyes digging holes in his body. But that's not what stopped him.

Don't you dare!- JK.

His obsessive wolf used his own true blood alpha voice on his human. It was clear like day and deep like night-
no matter whatever will happen, JK will never let anyone hurt the blue-eyed male - not even his human side.
