It had been weeks after the defenders of the wing incident. This time Hiccup wasn't on edge but instead you were. The words Viggo said, the ordacity to think you wanted to join him hunting dragons. You rubbed your head and yawned since you hadn't slept the past week. Someone knocked on your door and you opened, but it wasn't someone it was something. A terrible terror flew in then landed on your desk shaking its leg with a letter on it. You grabbed the letter gave the terror a fish and watched it fly out. You opened the letter and you weren't surprised who wrote it.

Hello my dear Y/n,

I know I may be the last person you want to talk to due to the look on your face when I asked you to become a hunter. You do know I'm not that well naive to believe you to say yes. I know that hunting dragons is not your strong suit seeing how magnificent you fly (or walk if you chose a speed stinger) on D/n. I want you to see I'm not a monster. How about you come to my Island? I won't hold you against your will if you try and leave early. I would like to know more about you. And if you are wondering I would like to ask about that scar on the back of you neck. It seems you try to hide that, but you're not that good at doing that are you. I feel sneaking around being a spy is more what you are best at. You can lie with certain things as long as you're not caught off guard. I do want to talk to you maybe learn about your past, you do seem more shady or different than the other riders. I do hope you consider meeting me. Oh if you do choose to come, don't tell Hiccup. Do tell you'll be gone for a hour or two but don't tell him where you are going. I do apologize for the volcano incident but it was necessary. It would be best if I stop apologizing in this paper. It would be better if you could see my face and tell I'm truly sorry.

You sighed at the thought of seeing him. It was different with him, you admired him and probably liked him a little bit. You weren't afraid of him unlike Ryker. You studied your wall full of drawings then looked back at the letter. "I'll meet him, but the minute I feel doubt I will leave admittedly" you said to D/n who grunted at the paper. Astrid walked in with Heather "Hey! Wanna train with us?" Heather asked pulling out her axe "Actually sorry guys but have to go somewhere but I'll only be gone for a few hours, probably tomorrow" The looked at each other as you packed your bag and got on D/n "Can you tell Hiccup for me?" Astrid nodded. You flew the direction to Viggo's Island. You didn't trust the hunters so you landed on the far side of his island away from his camp then neared it from the back. As you neared the center of the island you spotted a tent. You assumed it to be Viggo's since it was in the middle of the island, you snuck into the back of the tent and found yourself face to face with Viggo once again. "I did tell them you were coming and not to harm you. You could've came in the easy way" He said to inches from my face. I gulped then walked around him to create space between me and him. He chuckled then spoke "you don't like me being too close to you?" "No I don't like ANYONE being that close especially to my face" he smiled then sat down gesturing the chair in front of him. You sat in the chair then looked at him. Ryker entered and you could feel his cold stare on you. "Good, she came now we can remove this rider...." He said pulling out his sword. "What!?" You said turning and standing up from the chair. Viggo rubbed his head then began to stand. Ryker lifted the blade up then began to bring it down. You were waiting for the blow until you heard the blade hit something else. You opened your eyes to see Viggo's sword in front of Ryker's toward your face. "No brother, I told you she isn't going to be killed by you" Ryker hesitated but then put his sword away. "Whatever brother" He walked out of the tent. Viggo was smirking at you and you couldn't figure out why until you looked down to see your arms latched around Viggo's arm. You're cheeks went red and you quickly let go and backed away "I'm so sorry!!!" you said totally embarrassed. "Your fine my dear" He said with happy tone, you watched as he sat back down and put his sword next to his chair. You sat back down in front of him again "So tell about yourself, Y/n" you sighed and gave in "well there's a lot about me, be specific" "How'd you meet the riders?" "Easy, I've always been with them" Viggo nodded. "Tell me about your past, no offense my dear but you don't look berkian..." The thought of your past sent shivers down your spine. "Fine, I guess I can tell you.....Just promise that you won't use it against me" "Oh my dear, I am not that way I rather think ahead instead of using the past to concur the future" you nodded. "It all started when I was born-"
