"Kotaro!" Stinger yelled through his communicator. "Kotaro!"

"Everyone, where are we at currently?" Shou asked.

"Kotaro hasn't been responding!" Stinger reported. "We're headed towards his position."

"Let's change!" Champ shouted.

"Okyuu," Stinger and Y/N responded.

"Star Change!" the trio of Kyurangers shouted.

They started running when they came across Tecchu coming up to Kotaro and his mother before quickly firing at Tecchu.

"Kotaro! Are you okay?!" Y/N asked.

"We'll keep this guy busy," Champ said as he, Stinger, and Y/N grabbed onto Tecchu. "Use that chance to turn the key!"

"But," Kotaro spoke softly.

Tsurugi jumped down and grabbed his sword before speaking, "All these sneaky attacks, why don't you face us head-on?!"

"UNACCEPTABLE!" Tecchu shouted, pushing the four Kyurangers to the ground before disappearing.

"We have to go after him!" Kotaro started to run off before Tsurugi grabbed his arm.

"You're not gonna turn you key?" Tsurugi questioned.

"Mom," Kotaro paused. "Wait for me here."

"Wait for you?" Kotaro's mother questioned. "You're not going to fight that thing again are you?"

"Mom!" Kotaro said. "I have to save the universe!"

With that, Kotaro forced his hand out of Tsurugi's and ran off with Tsurugi and Y/N chasing him.

When Kotaro finally stopped running he spoke softly, "I know I have to turn the key. But, if I do, my mom will disappear after finally seeing her again. What...what am I supposed to do?"

"You're the only one who can decide that," Tsurugi began. "If you don't, the hands of the clock will be frozen in place."

"Kotaro," Y/N spoke. "This is very difficult situation for all of us. That's why we are asking you, what do you want to do?"

"I..." Kotaro began. "I want to stop Jark Matter. If the world had been at peace, and we could've gone to a hospital, maybe Mom wouldn't have died. So I'll...I'll take Jark Matter down, and bring back that peace."

"I see," Tsurugi responded.

"I'm proud of you, Kotaro," Y/N said.

"I'm gonna say goodbye to Mom by turning that key," Kotaro said before Tsurugi pushed him towards the ground to avoid getting shot at.

"You will all die on this planet," Tecchu declared.

"We have to beat him," Tsurugi said. "Or you can't go and wind the key."

"In that case, he has to go down," Kotaro stated.

"Sir Tecchu!" Madoko yelled running to him. "I beseech your help!"

Right after she said that, Lucky, Garu, Hammie, Raptor, and Spada shot at her before running up to Kotaro, Tsurugi, and Y/N.

"Oh, over there!" Shou, Balance, and Naga ran to the group of Kyurangers while Stinger, Champ, and Kotaro's mother were running up to the group as well.

"Kotaro!" his mother shouted.

"Watch him from here," Stinger advised.

"Mom, this is how I fight to protect the universe!" Kotaro shouted.
