3 day time skip✧･ﾟ:*

it was finally time. we were back at the guys' house and i began to pack my bags. nobody was home besides me, kevin and merlyn. my flight was tomorrow, and god it couldn't come any sooner.

i unzipped the suitcase i used when the guys were touring and pulled out the note i had ready to leave on matt's bed. the handwriting wasn't my best but at least it was readable:

matt,

im sorry it had to happen like this. i need time and space. i loved you, i really did, but it just wasnt the right time for us. maybe one day, in another life, we'll find a way. not to sound cliche but it wasn't you. it was me.

the paper i wrote it on was stained with tears mixed with mascara from last night. i folded it back up and placed it on the dresser.

"ev we're getting pizza do you want any?" i heard merlyn shout through. i zipped the bag back up and hid the note inside the pocket of my jeans

"hell yeah"

kevin, merlyn and i sat eating pizza infront of their giant TV in the living room. i wasn't sure what we were watching but the other two were really into it, arguing with the characters and decisions they were making, shouting at the screen. it was rather amusing to be honest.

"no! cos why would you see a house like that and decide to go in?! what the fuck, use your common sense dude!" kevin rolled his eyes, taking a bite of his plain cheese pizza. how boring.

the sound of the front door being unlocked caused all of us to turn our heads as ciaran walked in with dom

"what?! y'all got pizza and didnt ask us?" ciaran shook his head and sighed, taking off his dirty air force 1s and leaving them in the middle of the floor

"ciaran put your shoes away man" dom told him, almost tripping over them

"damn, sorry dad!" he said sarcastically, walking to his room instead

he hasn't changed one bit since i met him.

it was getting late now and all my belongings were in my suitcase, ready for me to go home. i sent a text to my brother and asked if he could pick me up from the airport and i was still waiting for a reply.

i wasn't going to tell anyone i was leaving but zuri knew, so she told joba which then he told dom so i was hoping matt didnt know. it didnt bother me, i just didnt want him to watch see leave. i knew i wouldn't be able to do it.

what about ciaran

fuck.

i found myself standing at his door, i think he was on the phone to someone as i could hear him speaking to someone. i knocked lightly and i heard movement from the other side before the door was opened

"oh. hey" he said, turning around and sitting on the floor against the wall

"you'll be happy to know you can have your bed back soon" he looked up

"what?"

before i had time to answer he signalled for me to sit with him and i shut the door behind me

"ev i found something last night on our way home" he said, looking at the voice notes on his phone and pressing the one that said 'quiver' "i wrote this, it was about you- us, even. i listened to it again yesterday and i couldn't stop thinking-"

"ciaran its beautiful" i said, feeling myself begin to regret everything. you could tell how much time he spent on this. how much he cared.

"there's just something about you, evanie," he sighed "maybe its because i know i cant have you or the way-" i shut him up by cupping his face and placing a kiss on his lips, he kissed back with more passion this time.

i moved from my place next to him to on his lap as i faced down to kiss him once more. his hands on my waist as his kisses moved down to my neck, he pulled back to say something and i just looked into his eyes, they were really the most perfect shade of blue

"ev i-"

"im going home tomorrow ciaran."
