Meeting more people

a/n Just to clarify i changed 2 of names and some of the pictures so If you have read this before that's what happened

Dixie's pov (a month after the adoption)

Mia has finally started to relax a little about Chloe so I think I can finally steal her without sending Mia into a rage. Addison and I wanted to take her to meet Bryce and Noah. They have seen only pictures of her because Mia wouldn't let us bring her to sway or let them come here. I guess she doesn't trust them, I mean I can see why she doesn't trust Bryce but Noah's not that bad.

"I got her" I say running with Chloe out to where Addison was waiting in the car

"Perfect" Addison laughs "Also nice choice in outfit"

"Where are we going" Chloe asks after I bucked her into her car seat

"We are going to the park to meet some new people" I smile

"Oh by the way Bryce said Blake and Amelie will be there too. I guess Amelie wanted to meet her and she's dragging Blake with her." Addison smiles "did you tell Mia we took her or are we going to die when we drop her off later"

"I left a note and Thomas saw me." I say "i mean he let me in so I'm guessing he's ok with this"

At the park

We pull up to the park and I can see the boys and Amelie sitting at a park bench near the playground "you ready Chloe" I open the back door to see she had already gotten out of her seatbelt

"Yup" she hopped out of the car and ran over to Addison "is that them over there" she points to the bench where they are sitting.

"Yup" we starts walking over there and I see Amelie stand up when she sees up

"Hey guys" Amelie smiles as we reach them "you must be Chloe"

"And you must be Amelie" Chloe giggles

"How did you know"

"Well Bryce, Noah, and Blake are boys names and auntie Addie said we were meeting Bryce, Noah, Blake, and Amelie." she shrugged 

"Auntie Dixie can please I go play" she pulls on my sleeve and points at the playground

"Of course" she runs off

"She different that I expected she seems older than 2" Noah said watching as she ran up the stairs to the slide

"Yah we noticed that too, but I mean from what she told us she had basically raised herself." I sigh

"Wasn't she in an orphanage, I would assume she would have caretakers there." Blake asks

I roll my eyes "you realize she was like 1 of 40 kids and according to Thomas and Mia they didn't really care about the kids."

"That's messed up" Bryce sighs

We spent a while at the park with Chloe, I think I may have given Amelie baby fever. At least someone got it Noah still seems pretty set on no kids yet. I see this guy walk into the park. Something about him is giving me uneasy vibes. (a/n there is not going to be a follow up with this guy I just needed a reason for them to get ready to go home) I elbow Noah "I'm going to grab Chloe something about that guy is unsettling." I stand up and I see Noah following me. I guess he agrees. "Chloe come here" I stand at the bottom of the slide motioning her to come down

"Weeeeeeeeeeee" she slides down with her hands up like a rollercoaster

"Come here you little monkey" Noah tosses Chloe in the air. Maybe I was wrong, this could be baby fever. We walk back over to where the rest of our friends are.

"We should probably take Chloe back home I have just received like 10 messages from Mia saying bring Chloe home now or die" Addison says when we get back to the bench

"Why is mommy telling you to die" Chloe asks Addison

"We kinda sorta took you without asking her permission but Thomas said it was fine" I shrug

"Oh ok, so are we going home now." she looks at all of us

"Yah cause I don't wanna die" Addison laughs

"Bye auntie Amelie" Chloe runs over and gives her a hug "bye" she waves to the boys as we head back to the car.

So Mia didn't kill us when we got back to their house only because Chloe said she wanted us to take her to the park again.
