Chapter 10: The school dance

It's been a couple of days and it's prom day, and Taka was super excited to go to this party with his boyfriend, but then he realizes that he doesn't have a clue where this "school" is or how he should dress.
So it occurred to him to go find Chihiro to get some help, as he's partly human he knows this kind of thing and he'll probably be at this party too.

While looking for his friend for the castle he tries not to attract too much attention, but he runs into his brother

Kyiondo: "where are you going, Taka?"

Taka: he jumps a little taken aback "hey bro, I'm just going to Chihiro"

Kyiondo: "and why?"

Taka: "well you know we don't spend much time together recently, so I wanted to go see how he was" he try to be as convincing as possible

Kyiondo: "it's not that this is just an excuse to meet with "you know who" right?" he raise an eyebrow

Taka: "Of course not, let alone if I go to meet him, hahaha. By now I'm completely done with him" he lies

Kyiondo: "well, in this case you can go to your friend"

Kyondo leaves and Taka breathes a sigh of relief

Taka: 'it was close, now I better hurry before someone else sees me' the hinks turning a corner

But what he didn't know is that Kyondo wasn't gone, but he was hiding around a corner

Kyiondo: 'you don't tell me right brother, I know you're hiding something, but I'll need more help' he thinks going to find someone

Finally Taka finds Chihiro who was coming out of the castle walls

Taka: "hey Chihiro!"

Chihiro: "oh, hello Taka"

Taka: "Can I talk to you in private? It's a question about the surface" he said whispering the last part

Chihiro: "sure, follow me"

The two come out of the castle and hide in point so as not to be seen or heard

Chihiro: "So what do you want to ask me?"

Taka: "Well, Mondo told me that today there will be a prom in his school-"

Chihiro: "and invited you to come with him?" He asks excitedly

Taka: "y-yeah, but I have no idea how this works, and I was wondering if you could help me"

Chihiro: "Of course I'll help you! I go to the same school so I can also take you there"

Taka: "great! Thanks Chihiro"

Chihuro: "no problem" he smiles "now let's go I'm sure my father can help us"

Taka follows Chihiro to the surface, but two triton seen them go away, even though they didn't hear their speech well one of them knew what they wanted to do

Kyiondo: "as I suspected, they are going to the surface"

Hiro: "So what do you want to do?"

Kyiondo: "I want you to use that strange power of yours and keep an eye on my brother"

Hiro: "of course I can do it without problems, but spying on people is wrong"

Kyiondo: "I just want my brother to be safe and that he stay away from the world of humans"

Hiro: "Prince Kyondo, I understand that you wants to keep your brother safe, but what if you're wrong?"

Kyiondo: "I'm never wrong Yasuhiro, now go and do what I told you"
