Y/N sat at the table with his daughters, a map of Vale displayed before them with certain points having red dots around them. One of said places was a building that looked like a VERY large castle but was apparently a school
"Alright, we will be using this meeting to show points of interest in the first kingdom we have decided to establish ourselves in while we wait for the search parties to find mother" Snow started before going on to start pointing at the different red circles
She first pointed at the castle-like structure "This is Beacon, a school that trains the humans and faunas on how to kill Grimm" the temperature of the room dropped at that statement as everyone showed their anger at that news
"Its headmaster is a man named Ozpin but don't let appearances fool you, his soul is thousands of years old and has been burdened with the curse of revival. He also has an inner circle that we have yet to identify, but they help him keep control" Snow continued
"That's the only place we should be worried about in Vale. Now the next location is more of a benefit to us than a hindrance. Its called Junior Bar and you can hire mercenaries there for most jobs, in other words, lots of pawns" everyone smiled evilly at the thought
"The last 2 locations are just places where we could set up a base of operation without much hassle. So father, how do you want to proceed?" Snow asked once she turned off the protector
"...I will be heading down to do resonance alone" Y/N said slowly as to get the point across to his daughters, knowing that they would object as soon as it registered in their minds he quickly put his hand up to silance any complaints
"Salem is somewhere in this world and I will find her as soon as possible, so do not try stop me daughters" after several seconds they all begrudgingly nodded in acceptance, earning a slight upturn in Y/Ns lips corners
"I will be off then," he said as he stood up and walked out the room, leaving all his daughters to do as they wished, which was probably to spy on him and make sure he was safe. Y/N turned into a more humane looking form and teleporting into an empty ally way in the city of Vale

He peeked around the corners to make sure no one would see him, and once satisfied, walked out onto the near-empty streets. He started walking around aimlessly with only his thoughts as company before coming to a stop
There was fear in the air, and it was intoxicating. Y/N had forgotten the taste of pure fear as of late as he was always on the ships with either emotionless Grimm, or Grimm that were smart enough to keep their emotions on check
'Hmm, wonder what this is about' he thought but soon had his question answered as a man in a black suit and red tie came flying out the window of a shop to Y/Ns left called Dust till Dawn, rather smart name if he did think so himself, but back on topic
The sound of battle came from the building leaving Y/N with 2 options 1) find out what's happening or 2) walk away
Now, Y/N would of loved number 2, but the fear was just too good to pass up and so he started to casually stroll into the building, ducking under a mother man who came flying over his head
"Oh? What's this?"
Everyone in the room turned to look at the man in black who looked like no slack, Ahem sorry, who radiated a very dark aura "It seems I missed the beginning of this party, hope it's not too late to join?" he said before disappearing from view
Next thing anyone knew the henchmen around the room started disappearing at speed too fast to comprehend. "Well red, its been fun, but I think its time I take my leave" the man in a white suit and orange hair said before running away and leaving his henchmen to fend for themselves against whatever was taking them
Y/N looked in the direction of the thief before turning to the so-called 'Red', only to be shocked when he saw a light version of his daughter Rose. 'Well, I certainly didn't expect that' Y/N thought before realising that Roses double ganger had run off after the criminal who Y/N had yet to learn the name of
Y/N turned to the store owner with an apologetic face "Sorry for the trouble, hope this helps you set back up again" Y/N said, putting up the mask of a kind man as he handed over a large amount of Lien to the shop owner
Once that was done he rushed out the building and followed the smell of roses to a rooftop, only for an explosion to occur just before he got on top, almost throwing him off the ladder he had lowered himself to using for sake of appearances as he still had to decide what 'Sembalance' he wanted, probably Gates of Nazarick
"Well, time to get up there" he said as he pulled himself up with a single arm on the railings, launching up above the roof only to almost get cut in half by a rotating chopper blade, 'Since when was there a chopper here???' he thought
"Wait a minute," Y/N said to himself as he sensed a certain type of energy, one that he was so desperately looking for. He looked to the source and found a women in a red dress with her top half hidden by the shadows, not that that could stop the lord and creator of darkness from seeing her
'The smell is rubbed off on her, so she isn't the source but could maybe lead me to her. Well, time to hitch a ride' and so Y/N jumped through the side of the helicopter with an invisibility spell keeping him unseen
'Take me to your leader human, for you may just get to live'
