All that was left was Ruby and the Fallen queen Angel of Roses, the 2 having constantly traded blows while ruby had killed the Burnt Roses when she found openings

Despite what you might think, Ruby was not winning the fight against the Fallen Rose, she had just barely managed to survive the battle so rare by just using her superspeed, and every time she went to attack the monster would just block with its sword

Even when Ruby used her weapons gun mode to shoot the Rose monster it had done nothing more than leaving a few scratched

"Grr, just die already!" ruby yelled in frustration, trying once again to attack the Fallen Rose, but ended up having to cancel her plan and dodge when the monster went onto its own offensive thrusting its sword towards Rubys chest

"Oh? You're still fighting against the Fallen Queen Angel of Roses? You are far more pathetic than I would have thought. You're just a child who got lucky. You have no place in Beacon! Your mother left you because you were weak! Yang only cares for you because she feels obligated to protect you from your own weakness" The voice went on and on, say things Ruby didn't want to hear

"Stop! I earned my way in, I am not weak!!" Rubys anger gave her a boost as her speed doubled as she practically flew at the mid-tier monster her scythe held above her head

The monster turned to face her, raising its sword to defend itself, but when ruby brought her weapon down the sword shattered from the force the speed sourced upon her weapon. The Fallen Rose burst into black flower petals, no trace of it remained

"Haha, see, I am strong!" ruby yelled definitely to the voice "Now, I've cleared your stupid wave, let me go", "Hehehe" The voice laughed at Ruby, who got more and more uncomfortable as time went on and the voice continued to laugh

"Why are you laughing, I won!" Ruby yelled uncertainly. The voice stopped laughing "I said when you slew all my monsters, not when you cleared the wave, we're just getting started, little girl"

Rubys face fell into that of horror, her eyes constantly shifting around to look for more monsters to pop up, moving her body into a battle-ready stance while she shifted in circles to make sure she wasn't attacked from behind

"However, I have not made many monsters yet, and my most powerful monster will only be released later, so you are free to go" and so the world around Ruby started changing, the Black roses flew off of the ground before forming into the shape of buildings, the sky lightened and everything looked as it once did

"Huh?" Ruby was completely confused by what just happened "Was it a dream? Oh well, I'm alive so it doesn't matter" Ruby skipped off to go get her cookies but when she got to the store she saw something strange

There was a crowd of people gathered around the stoor, specifically the cookie aisle. Ruby ran forward, fearing that all the people were there to buy her cookies, but what she saw was much worse

Where all the cookie packets should have been... were black roses

Roses POV

"That poor alternate me, you are too weak to have earned these cookies," Rose said as she munched on the cookies she had stolen from the store

*Knock knock*

"Come in!" Rose yelled before Yang opened her door to see her younger sister busy chomping away on cookies that she had 100% stolen from some random store on her way home

Yang may not be as smart as Snow, good with animals as Raven, as stealthy as Neo and Blake, but she was good at understanding her sisters, and right now she understood that Rose was feeling no small amount of smug pleasure for some reason or another

"Hey, Rose came to ask how it went!" Yang said excitedly as she jumped onto Roses bed, bouncing up and down a few times before the bed settled once more

"OH! It was great! The face of despair she made when she thought I would send more monsters was amazing! And the negative energy was divine!" Rose said in excitement as she chowed another cookie down in less than a second

"Has she seen what you look like?" Yang asked while reaching to grab a cookie for herself, only to have her hand nearly cut off but the blade of Rose's scythe, said girl glaring at Yang as her eyes glowed red promising a quick and painful death

"Are you threatening me, Rose?" Yang asked her hair casting a shadow over her eyes "The cookie god will decide your fate." "I am the cookie god!" Rose said dangerously, "Not Yet!, "It's treason then" Rose launched off the bed, twirling through the air before bringing her scythe down where Yang once sat

The sound of battle echoed along the ship, all the way to the command room, where Y/N sat and watched from the corridor camera as the door to Roses room was blasted off its hinges

Y/N slowly moved his hand and pressed down on a small button under the control panel to turn off the camera "Well... that was...", "Interesting?" A robotic voice suggested before the owner of said voice walked up beside his chair and kneeled

"I have some news Master," Artemis said making sure to keep her head bowed in a sign of respect. "Yes, what is it? And get off the floor" Y/N asked as he summoned a glass of Grimm wine, taking a small sip as Artemis stood straight up

"My hunters have managed to get Winter Schnee alone in her military bedroom, they hacked the system and caused her doors to lock while she was asleep, she is yet to wake up so we thought it would be a good time for you to turn her"

"Hmm, well then, let's get going" Artemis and Y/N teleported away to gain his next piece in his ever-growing game
