Rani had a lot to think about. Why were there two items? If one of them stole an item then how did the other get one? It's obvious they're from the same place since the Items resting place has never been disturbed until now. Then again she hasn't been able to receive any information about that yet. Maybe they're working together.

Her head hurts. She found a nearby bench and sat down. Students were leaving the building and were going their own way. She found herself spotting the same student with the ring walking past the exit. Now that she had a good look at him, he didn't look like a thief. Just a regular student. Should she ask him about the ring? She could be able to find out more about it. Maybe headaches are a good thing.

"Excuse me. Sorry to stop you. My name is Rania." She tried not to sound as if she was desperate but the Ring made her more interested in it.

"Oh, you took an interest in my ring this morning. I remember you," he responded with a shy smile.

So innocent. How could this guy be a thief?

"My name is Bakura. By the looks of it, this seems to be the first time you're seeing me. I was sick for a few days so I took some time healing."

"Understandable," Rani replied, "Can you tell me where you got that ring if you don't mind me asking."

"Not at all," Bakura said giving another smile, "I got it as a gift from my father. He always used to go on business trips. The last time he went to Egypt, he bought the ring there. Unfortunately, I don't know from whom. Sorry"

"No no, it's fine. I was just curious about it. See you tomorrow then?"

"Sure."

Rani felt relieved. She had a feeling he wasn't a thief. However, that leaves the other as a suspect. Speaking of suspects, she saw the puzzle wielder walking out.

She was about to follow him but her phone buzzed. Her aunt wanted her to come home at the earliest. Any reason. Nope, just a 'come home quickly' message. This better be good.

Rani looked at the huge glass building. There was a staircase leading up to the entrance and two blue dragons on either side of it. She knows that this job was just a distraction to let the higher-ups investigate the host of the items more without making a scene but she was a Swordswoman she was supposed to be in that group too. The thought of her just being on the sidelines angers her but because this could be beneficial to her, she relaxed a bit before entering. Why did she have to get a job here? She wasn't sure but the way Aunt Lila basically threw her clothes at her and handed her a resume made her think this was something that would come in handy. So she decided to trust in her and walked right in.

It wasn't long before the CEO allowed her. As she entered, she was greeted by sunlight from the huge glass windows behind the desk. The person sitting at the desk was not who she expected. He was surprisingly young. Then again it makes sense since his father passed away not too long ago. Rani was proud that she knew the history of the company before coming in. She even made sure her black suit was extra clean. First impressions are everything.

"Good day Mr. Kaiba, My name is -"

"Don't waste my time on some useless introductions." His voice was clear and in command with a hint of harshness, "Just get to the point."

Rani has to admit. This guy has issues but she wasn't going to let that stop her. She noticed the pile of paperwork and the concentration on it with his hand tensed on his pen which led her to believe that he was eager to finish something. She decided to shorten the little speech she'd been practicing in front of the mirror and dive straight to the point.
