Y/n's POV.

Todays the day isn't it.

I woke up and went to where my father was eating breakfast.
He looked up from his plate and smiled at me.

"Why are you up so early Sweetie?" He asked as he sat in his favorite chair.

I chuckled as i sat in front of him.
Old man, he looks so happy.

"I don't know. Just I'm hungry." I replied as i grabbed bread from his plate.

"What will you be doing today?"

"Mmmmm I'm going to go visit the Yeager family then Hanji."

I took a bite from the bread and dad just nodded.
I looked around and noticed tha Sofia wasn't home.

"Dad. Someone's missing." I said whispering with a smirk on my face.

He smirked back and leaned in towards me.

"Well you know. She was laughing a lil too much at Moblit's joke. They left together last night."

We continued gossiping about the events that unfolded last night.
Though i didn't say anything about me and Hanji, dad could tell something happened.

He left after a while, leaving me all alone.
I took a shower and wore a black dress.

I took the left over cake and put in inside two containers and left to go see the Yeagers.

I didn't take a carriage so i had to walk for so long, greeting different people, telling a few men i was not interested and just having time to myself.

Once i arrived in front of their home, i expected to be out of breath or something but i was just fine.

I knocked a few times before Mrs Yeager opened the door.

"Y/n?"

"Good morning Mrs Yeager. I'm sorry to disturb you but i just came by to drop this left over cake."
I gave her the container and the woman just hugged me.

"Thank you so much."

"No Mrs Yeager, thank all of you."
The hug lasted for a while before she pulled away from me.

"Winter's ending Mrs Yeager and you know what that means. "

"Yes, i know."

"See you soon enough Mrs Yeager, i have to go now. Tell the others I'llsee them later."

She hugged me one last time before i was on my way.
Before arriving at Hanji's Lab i dropped by a coffee shop to by her coffee.

When i got in a group of familiar men sat in the corner, eatibg donuts and drinking coffee.

"Y/n!" Mike yelled at me.

I ordered the coffee to go before i went fo speak to them.

"Hey guys."

"What are you doing here shitty glasses's girlfriend?" Levi asked as he scanned me very carefully.

I only laughed at his remark because the was never any real insult in anything he said to me.
He was always.....concerned.

"Just here to buy coffee then leave."

"Yesterday was amazing Y/n. We all had a great time." Erwin stated as he rubbed my head like a lil kid

"Speak for yourself." Levi said as he drank whatever it was he was drinking.

He's lying because i saw how happy he was when Sofia was talking to him.
I feel so bad because Moblit likes Sofia too but you'll never know.

"Guys i have to go. See you later."

I got up and walked over to grab my coffee.
I looked at them one last time as they waved and smiled at me.

I walked out and headed towards the old building where they worked.
Since the coffee shop wasn't too far away i arrived in no time.

I looked at the old building, convenient for a scientist i guess.
I walked inside and halftime towards Hanji's lab i met Moblit.

"Y/n?"

"Hi Moblit." I winked at him

"Where's Sofia, she didn't come back last night." I said knowing full well she went to visit her mom.

"Ohh? I walked her to her mom's place last night. I'll swing by later to check on her." He said as he played with the pen in his hand.

"Mmmk. Well I'm here to see Hanji."

"Ok, they are in there." He pointed towards her metal door.

I said my last goodbye to him and went towards Hanji's office. I knocked a couple of times before they said i can  come inside.

I opened the door and there was the mad scientist.

They looked at me and stopped whatever it was she was doing.

"Hey there Y/n." Hanji  greeted me.

They sat down and i stood in front of them.

"Is that cake?" They asked looking into my container.

"Yes and i bought you coffee too." I handed them everything .

"Thanks. Let me go get us forks so we can eat this."

They put the coffee and cake on the table.
"Ok I'll be waiting so hurry up."

They smiled and walked out.

Y/n heard crying and an inaudible voice speak in front of her.

She held her chest as she dropped to the ground.

Her heartbeat was dropping, quickly.

"Hey baby." The voice of her mother said.

"Let's go now."

The woman held out her hand for Y/n who's eyes were slowly closing as they waited for Hanji to walk in.

"I don't wanna die, not yet."

As the door opened her heart beat one last time and she saw Hanji walking in while waving around forks.

Y/n L/n, died a few days before the anniversary of her mother's death and on the exact hour.
