My classmates' introductions had passed exactly like the last timeline, Sudō, Horikita, and several students had left the classroom due to not wanting to introduce themselves to others.

I planned to stop them and convince them to show up, but I changed my mind at the last second, whether they stayed in the classroom to introduce themselves or not didn't matter. Because I remember exactly what days and what classes from Chabashira-sensei. All my classmates were present in the classroom.

I would use one of those moments to expose the truth about school.

The introductions continued until inevitably my turn came.

"Um ... the next person ... please introduce yourself"

Everyone was watching waiting for my introduction, I stood up abruptly causing the chair behind me to make a squealing and annoying noise.

Whoops, it wasn't intentional.

"Ahem, I'm sorry for the noise," I said as a slight blush appeared on my cheeks. "My name is Ayanokōji Kiyotaka, I can run much faster than the average person, I am interested in sports, more specifically soccer. I hope I can get along with all of you" I said while giving a small smile.

Send a mental thank you to Future Kei. The time we had spent together had helped me feel emotions like a normal person. Because of that, I had learned to smile. It was not a bright smile like Kushida, but I could smile even if it was only a small one.

That should have raised my popularity with the girls in our class. In addition to the social hierarchy in class D, The girls started whispering to each other, but I only focused on one of them in particular.

Even if I wasn't expressing the emotion on the outside, I could feel a stirring of sadness inside of me.

"Nice to meet you Ayanokōji-Kun. I hope we can both join the soccer club. Besides, I also want to be able to get along with everyone, so let's do our best." Yōsuke said with a more cheerful smile than usual. It was a bit of a surprise, to say the least.

After saying that, Yōsuke turned to the rest of the students who had stayed.

"Well, I guess that's it for the introductions, everyone. For now, I think we'd better prepare for the induction ceremony. Besides, I don't think the school appreciates us staying here for no reason."

Once he said those words, all my classmates started to leave the room, since I was in the back corner, I was the last to leave the classroom.

When I was about to head towards the entrance ceremony along with the other classmates I was surprised to see Yōsuke, with some girls from the class including Kei.

"Ayanokōji-Kun" Yōsuke was calling me so I approached them.

"Yōsu, er, Hirata-Kun" I made a mistake, I had almost called him by the first name to which had gotten used to it, it seems they also noticed my mistake "Sorry, I was going to call you by your first name because you mentioned in your presentation, but I guess I should have asked first "

There was no point in denying the mistake I made, so I apologize and also take the opportunity to ask for permission to call him by his first name.

"Okay, you can call me whatever you like," Yōsuke said with a smile "I guess I can also call you Kiyotaka-Kun?"

"Sure"

While we were heading to the entrance ceremony we started a conversation.

"Kiyotaka, I was wondering how good you are at sports. Have you ever been to a club in middle school?" Yōsuke had asked me curiously, due to his sporting mentality he is interested in what I said earlier.
