someone new gets a miraculous. 

Adrien

"Chat Noir, I don't think he is here! I think I heard something about him being gone for the next few days." He growled lowly at Alya's words. They had stopped in front of the bakery as he was carrying her to the meeting place where he was supposed to have both her and Luka for the miraculous. He needed to get back to Marinette but how was that supposed to happen without the two of them. 

He looked up at the sound of Ladybug's arrival. He watched her look in between them before shaking her head as he knew she had realized he couldn't find Luka. He watched Marinette put her head in her hands and shake. God, he hoped she didn't break down right now. Adrien turned to Alya who was looking at her with shock. He turned back, grabbing the fox miraculous to give to their friend. 

"We need you to make an illusion of us to distract the gorilla from the woman, can you do that?" Alya nodded before moving into the alley to transform. He turned to Ladybug, putting his hands on her shoulders before making her look at him. He winced at the hurt look in her eyes as he saw her thinking about who could have the other miraculous. He saw that it wasn't the snake miraculous she had now, but the bee. 

"Are you going to get Chloe for the bee miraculous?" He became confused when she shook her head. Marinette was tapping her fingers as she thought about who would be good enough to focus hard enough to beat this. Hawkmoth was be expecting Chloe with the bee, he would be prepared for her. Her emotions would be able to be easy to control too. They needed someone who could block every emotion out. 

Adrien watched as something clicked inside of Marinette. He watched her eyes grow wide before she looked towards the hotel where the dinner was being held before back at him. She nodded to herself before stepping away, 

"You and Rena take care of the Gorilla with the illusions. I know who needs the bee miraculous right now. We need someone who can be heartless at any point. The woman feeds off of getting the darkest emotion out, we need someone who can block them." He watched her take off, swinging the yo-yo towards the hotel. He had no idea who she had in mind but for some reason he felt as if it was going to be intense.

Marinette

Felix was walking fast towards the Dupain bakery, he knew that she was Ladybug but couldn't help just to go check on it. He had seen that the woman made an illusion on that gorilla, who's to say she didn't make a Ladybug fake too? He took a turn down the road leading up to the bakery when an arm wrapped around his waist and he was yanked through the air. He didn't have time to cry out in surprise by the time she had put them on the next roof. 

"Holy shit, Marinette." He turned to see her standing by him with a worried expression. What was she doing with him when she had this woman to deal with. He looked back when he heard someone yelling to see Chat Noir and Rena jumping roof tops with a Ladybug illusion. Felix turned back around to Marinette. 

"What's goin-" She stopped him, holding out a box. He looked from her to the box and back again before seeing her worried face turn serious with a deep breath. 

"Felix Agreste, I give you the bee miraculous to help with our fight today. I ask that you give it back when we are done. Will you accept?" He stared at her, what was she thinking? He looked down at the box to reach out and grab it. He looked back up at her to see the serious face gone and worry replacing it. 

"Marinette, are you sure about this?" She nodded. It had to be. He was the only one who could block his emotions off long enough to make it through this.
