suddenly your ripped from gally and thrown aside thomas lunges forward punching gally to the ground jumping on top of him

"stop" you shout

"hold" the people who brought you hear shout pointing guns at you all fuck this could go south newt runs to thomas side knowing he is the only person who can get through to him 

"woah woah woah stop" newt shouts at thomas

you where quote shocked that gally didn't fight back he just laid there why you knew he was more than capable it was gally for flip sake the same gally who cockily showed of in the fighting rung in the glade whenever he could. gallys appearance  hadn't changed much he had lost a little weight gained a little weight  and muscle his hair was short and trimmed now 

"he killed chuck" thomas shouted 

"yeah i know i remember i was there too all right but i also remember that he was stung and half out of his mind just calm down all right come on" thomas took a glance at newt then you then gally before releasing him and standing up

you didn't blame gally for chucks death it wasn't his fault and you understand why minho had speared gally. what did hurt was that you grieved for gally you almost killed yourself to be back with him. and now you was alive you felt so stupid  

gally stood up rubbing his hand over his cheek where thomas had punched him down "kind of had that coming anybody else fry? newt? clint? lizz" gally asks

"i think i made my feelings pretty clear" you say

"how" newt stammers "how is this possible we watched you die" even stood next to gally made you feel bad for that day you should of done more stayed behind 

"no you left me to die" did he blame you "and if we hadn't found you when we did you'd be dead right now" you look up to gally with pleading eyes 

"what the hell are you doing here" 

"minho wicked has him here we're looking for a way in"

"i can help with that follow me" gally says you step forward but newt pulls you back

"careful lizz we don't know who these people are and remember last time we thought we were safe" you knew newt had a point but you ignored him you trusted gally and you wasn't leaving him again even if it meant leaving the group newt and your found family

"suit yourself but i can get you though those walls" gally says 

you stand next to gally "am sorry you know i wanted to bury you i wanted to save you i didn't want to leave you i didn't want to leave you to die i had no choice i wish i stayed i really do and am so so sorry and i know you might never forgive me and i understand"

"i know lizzie i saw newt drag you away and am glad he did i tried to find you then there you where on the sidewalk i didn't believe it was you in a place like this but it was and am happy i have you back" gally wraps his arm around your waist pulling you into his chest as you walked along to wherever he was taking you guys you felt safe for the first time in a long time you felt hole almost 

"i will never leave you again"

"hey gally how did you even get here" clint asked 

"after the maze i got picked up by a group headed to the city they realized i was immune patched me up and they brought me here to lawrence" gally says as you walk down some bridge the lay out of this place was kind of like that mall where winston got infected
